摘要: A medical instrument includes an apparatus for detecting activation cycles of the instrument. First and second parts of the instrument are movable relative to each other in an activation cycle. An energy detection coil detects inductively generated energy. An energy-generating magnet inductively generates energy to be detected by the energy detection coil. In the event of movement of the first movable part and the second movable part relative to each other, the energy-generating magnet is movable in a detection region of the energy detection coil and induces energy. A memory and processing device has a counter, detects a voltage signal based on the induced energy during each relative movement, increases the counter by one for each detection of the voltage signal, and counts the number of activation cycles of the instrument. In an alternative embodiment, the voltage signal is generated using a voltage created by a piezoelectric element.

摘要: A medical handle for pneumatically or hydraulically driven medical instruments or motor units includes a clutch member for mechanical and pneumatic/hydraulic coupling of a corresponding clutch member and a manually operable valve mechanism for selective pressurization of a medical instrument coupled thereto or the motor unit thereof, the valve mechanism being provided with a safety device for preventing pressurization in the case of an uncoupled medical instrument or the motor unit thereof. The clutch member present on the side of the handle is provided to interact with the valve mechanism such that during or by the mechanical coupling operation the latter is automatically opened and/or enabled for manual opening, whereas in the uncoupled state the valve mechanism is closed and/or enabling is cancelled.

The output signal is processed further by the data-processing device to form cycle information. The cycle information is stored in a data chain/data sequence saved in a data memory of the medical product. The cycle information is stored by exactly one bit in the data chain.

摘要: A medical manual instrument has an instrument body with at least one effector portion, at least one gripping portion and an RFID tag. The RFID tag is preferably a glass/ceramic tag housed in the instrument body in a recessed manner. A cut-out or an open section is formed in the instrument body in a region which is substantially force-free when actuating the manual instrument in an operation, in which cut-out or open section a separate recessed tag holder is housed. The holder fills the cut-out or the open section so as to be adapted to the shape of the manual instrument. The medical manual instrument can be part of a system that includes the medical manual instrument and a reader that can be coupled to the RFID tag for signal transmission.
