摘要: A medical manual instrument has an instrument body with at least one effector portion, at least one gripping portion and an RFID tag. The RFID tag is preferably a glass/ceramic tag housed in the instrument body in a recessed manner. A cut-out or an open section is formed in the instrument body in a region which is substantially force-free when actuating the manual instrument in an operation, in which cut-out or open section a separate recessed tag holder is housed. The holder fills the cut-out or the open section so as to be adapted to the shape of the manual instrument. The medical manual instrument can be part of a system that includes the medical manual instrument and a reader that can be coupled to the RFID tag for signal transmission.

An underfloor tag holder receives the RFID tag to fix it in position in such a way that the RFID tag is exposed to the surroundings of the instrument via an opening formed in an instrument body surface, but is set back from the instrument body surface to preferably prevent protrusion beyond the instrument body surface.
