摘要: The printer includes a printing unit 12 that performs printing on each of a label L1 and a second raw sheet M2 on the way of feeding out a first raw sheet M1, which is temporarily stuck with labels L1 on a release liner S, and a second raw sheet M2 having no adhesive layer; a peeling unit 13 that peels off the label L1 from the release liner S; first and second holding units 15, 16 that hold a label sheet L2 formed via a cutting unit 14; and a laminating unit 17 that laminates the label L1 and the label sheet L2 with each other so that the reverse surface of the printed surface of the label sheet L2 faces the adhesive layer side of the label L1 are provided. The label L1 laminated with the label sheet L2 is stuck onto an adherend W in a state that the adhesive layer is exposed in a closed loop state in an entire area of the periphery of the label sheet L2.

摘要: The label making apparatus of the invention comprises a guide plate 17 for guiding a raw sheet M in a predetermined feeding direction, an inspecting device 15 for inspecting a label L on a release liner S constituting the raw sheet M, a transfer device 25 for partially bypassing the feeding direction of the release liner to peel off a label from the release liner and temporarily sticking the non-defective label at a position on the release liner advanced toward the downstream side in the feeding direction by a predetermined distance, and a collecting device 22 for collecting a defective when a defective label is detected. The transfer device 25 adjusts the bypass length of the release liner so that a certain interval is kept between the non-defective label after a defective label is detected with respect to the preceding non-defective label.

摘要: There is provided a printing device 12 that performs printing on each of first and second labels L1, L2 on the way of feeding out a raw strip sheet M, which is temporarily stuck with a first label L1 and a second label L2 having a smaller plane area than that of the first label on a release liner S, a peel plate 27 that peels off the first and second labels L1, L2 from the release liner S, first and second label suction plates 30, 31 that hold the respective peeled labels L1, L2, and a laminating device 17 that laminates the first and second labels L1, L2 with the adhesive layer of the second label L2 facing the adhesive layer of the first label L1. The adhesive layer of the first label L1 laminated with the second label L2 is exposed in a closed loop manner in an outer peripheral area all around the second label L2.

摘要: A sticking apparatus 10 includes a label sticking unit 12 for holding a label L, a drive unit 13 that supports and moves the label sticking unit 12 in the direction away from/closer to the adherend C to be stuck with label and a space maintaining device 14 for ensuring the distance D between the label L held by the label sticking unit 12 and the surface C1 to be stuck with label of the adherend C to a preset distance. The space maintaining device 14 is mounted on the label sticking unit 12 so as to be movable with the label sticking unit 12. The space maintaining device 14 has a contact member 46, which changes its position when the same comes into contact with the surface C1 to be stuck with label and a single sensor 47 for detecting the position change of the contact member 46, and when the distance D reaches to a preset distance, detects the position of the contact member 46 to stop moving of the label sticking unit 12.

摘要: A secondary battery has a progressively deteriorating SOC in which battery performance deteriorates when the secondary battery is stored, and is charged and discharged by a control device. An information processing device stores a preset first threshold smaller than the progressively deteriorating SOC of the secondary battery and a preset second threshold greater than the progressively deteriorating SOC, and separates the range from the minimum SOC to the maximum SOC of the secondary battery into, at least, two regions by setting the section from the first threshold to the second threshold as a boundary to thereby cause the control device to charge or discharge the secondary battery within any of the above regions.

摘要: A control device manages a plurality of storage devices so that data to be recorded is redundantly recorded in different storage devices. An error monitoring unit monitors an occurrence of an error in each of the plurality of storage devices to register information indicative of error occurrence conditions in an error information storage unit for each storage device. When the use of one of the plurality of storage devices is stopped, a rebuild controller determines a timing to perform rebuild processing based on past error occurrence conditions in the storage devices other than the one storage device of the plurality of storage devices by referring to information registered in the error information storage unit.
