The tool is stopped before the tool advances into the structure by more than about a first pre-selected tolerance. Also, a mobile platform assembly is provided that includes a structure, a member, and a fastener fastening the structure and member via a hole through the structure and assembly. The hole has a first diameter through the structure and a second diameter through the member, wherein the diameter changes within an acceptable depth range. In another preferred embodiment, a boroscope, adapted for inspecting holes having two diameters, is also provided.

    摘要: A phase difference detector generates a plurality of signals from an input beam including orthogonal, linearly polarized object and reference beam components. The detector may be configured such that as the reference and object beam components traverse the detector, phase shifts due to surface interactions are made as similar as possible between the s-components of the reference object beams, and between the p-components of the reference and object beams. Various outputs may be formed by interfering p-components exclusively, or s-components exclusively, negating errors that may otherwise arise due to differential phase shifts between p- and s-components. Phase-shifting elements in the detector may receive beams from beam splitting surfaces where the transmissive differential phase shift between p- and s-components is adjusted to insignificance.

The design comprises processing the planar images received in the form of planar image data. The processing comprises at least one from a group comprising selectively employing bleed-through processing to enhance the planar image data when viewed through a lens sheet comprising slanted lenticules, selectively introducing blurring into the planar image data, and selectively employing anti-alias processing to the planar image data. Certain super pixels may be computed that differ from standard pixels, and lenticules in the data sheet may be slanted at desired angles. The physical lenticules may cause bleed-through that may be processed. Resolution may be computed after processing, and the resolution implemented for display. Mode switching between planar and autostereoscopic imaging may be provided in the form of Metadata or visible flags.

    摘要: A vehicle control switch assembly for use with a printed circuit board that includes a switch having an elastomeric pad portion and a first insert interface attached to the pad. The assembly also includes first and second electrical contacts, each contact being selectively operable to actuate a vehicle function. The switch assembly also includes a pivotable beam member bridging a span between the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact. Movement of the switch in a first direction causes the first insert interface to depress the beam member thereby engaging the first electrical contact with the printed circuit board to actuate the first electrical contact. Further movement of the switch in the first direction causes the first insert interface to slide along the beam member in a second direction to further depress the first beam member thereby actuating the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact.
