摘要: A wireless device monitors a downlink control channel of a transmission reception point (TRP) on an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, where the TRP is in an active state. First channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted. The TRP transitions from the active state into a dormant state in response to a first time period of inactivity on the TRP. The monitoring is stopped. Second channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted when the TRP is in the dormant state.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells. An activation command indicating activation of a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) of the plurality of cells is received. A first downlink control information (DCI), comprising a power saving indication bitmap, is received. Each bit of the power saving indication bitmap indicates whether to monitor a downlink control channel on a corresponding activated SCell of the plurality of SCells. The wireless device starts monitoring a downlink control channel of an activated SCell of the activated SCells, in response to a bit, of the power saving indication bitmap, corresponding to the activated SCell, indicating monitoring the downlink control channel. A second DCI is received via the downlink control channel.

A transport block is transmitted based on the listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

The wireless device may determine a connection failure based on expiration of the beam failure recovery timer. The wireless device may transmit a radio link failure report to a first base station based on the connection failure. The radio link failure report may comprise an index of the first beam.

The wireless device may cancel a trigger for transmitting a buffer status report and create a first packet comprising the buffer status report for transmission via the first resource. The wireless device may receive, before a scheduled transmission of the first packet, a downlink control information for transmission of a second packet. The second packet may be associated with the first HARQ process number. In response to the downlink control information, the wireless device may drop the scheduled transmission of the first packet via the first resource and trigger the trigger for transmitting the buffer status report in response to receiving the downlink control information.

The first configuration parameters may indicate a first default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. A bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts may be activated as an active bandwidth part. One or more second messages may be received. The one or more second messages may comprise second configuration parameter of the cell. The second configuration parameters may indicate a second default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. In response to the one or more second messages, the second default bandwidth part may be switched to as the active bandwidth part. One or more uplink signals for the second default bandwidth part may be transmitted in response to the switching.
