摘要： A method of forming point metal electrical contacts to a semiconductor surface of a semiconductor device is provided. In a first step a first metal layer is formed over the semiconductor surface. The first metal layer is then anodised to create a porous metal-oxide layer formed over the semiconductor surface. The pores in the porous metal-oxide layer will thus form an array of openings in the porous metal-oxide layer. A contact metal layer is then formed over the porous metal-oxide layer such that parts of the contact metal layer extend into openings of the array of openings. The contact metal layer electrically contacts the semiconductor surface through the array of openings in the porous metal-oxide layer. A dielectric layer may optionally be formed over the semiconductor surface and the porous metal-oxide layer the formed over the dielectric layer and the contact metal then contacts the semiconductor surface through the dielectric layer.

摘要： A hybrid rectifier that works as either a hybrid full bridge or a voltage doubler. Under 220 V AC input condition, the hybrid rectifier operates in full bridge mode, while at 110 V AC input, it operates as voltage doubler rectifier. The hybrid rectifier may be used with a DC-DC converter, such as an LLC resonant converter, in a power supply. With this mode switching, the LLC converter resonant tank design only takes consideration of 220 V AC input case, such that the required operational input voltage range is reduced, and the efficiency of the LLC converter is optimized. Both the size and power loss are reduced by using a single stage structure instead of the conventional two-stage configuration.

摘要： Described is a system for content recognition, search, and retrieval in visual data. The system is configured to perform operations of receiving visual data as an input, processing the visual data, and extracting distinct activity-agnostic content descriptors from the visual data at each level of a hierarchical content descriptor module. The resulting content descriptors are then indexed with a hierarchical content indexing module, wherein each level of the content indexing module comprises a distinct set of indexed content descriptors. The visual data, generated content descriptors, and indexed content descriptors are then stored in a storage module. Finally, based on a content-based query by a user, the storage module is searched, and visual data containing the content of interest is retrieved and presented to the user. A method and computer program product for content recognition, search, and retrieval in visual data are also described.
