The housing includes a longitudinal bay (22) in a first longittudinally extending wall (27). A longitudinally extending sealing member (30) is removably mounted to the bay (22) at one longitudinally extending side (32) thereof and the distal longitudinal side (34) of the sealing member coacts with the garage door (D) to provide a sealing slidable engagement thereon. The sending member (30) is made out of resilient material such as rubber. A longitudinal slot (28) is provided on a second wall (23) of the housing (21) opposite the first wall. The first wall including cooperating through openings (26) aligned with the slot to permit fastening members (40) to go through.

摘要： A window frame for an opening closure having an outer and an inner frame assembly that sandwich a transparent member and a skin or panel with an opening. The outer and inner frame assemblies include each two vertical frame members are kept at a spaced apart and parallel relationship with respect to each other and two horizontal perpendicularly mounted to the vertical frame members. The outer frame members include longitudinal internal channels with a T-shape cross-section defining a wider innermost portion cavity and a narrower neck portion. The innermost portion slidably receives nuts that cooperate with a fastening member to securely mount the outer frame members, transparent member, panel and inner frame members, with fastening members therethrough. None of the hardware is visible from outside the closure.

摘要： A mechanism for guiding roll up doors made from a foldable sheet. A longitudinally extending wall of the foldable sheet is secured to a fixed structure and two longitudinally extending lateral walls extend perpendicularly to form another two reversible folds resulting in two longitudinally extending inner walls at a spaced apart and parallel relationship with the two lateral walls. From one of these inner walls, a longitudinal wind bar extends at a predetermined cooperative angle. Upon the application of a wind load to the door slats, the load is transmitted to the foldable sheet guiding assembly from the slats directly and through the wind lock assembly through at least four contact points. The laterally articulated door slats include longitudinal hook portions or wind lock assemblies that slidably coact with the wind bar to keep the slat in place.
