摘要： Herein disclosed is a raw material used for preparing solidified soybean foods comprising the combination of a soybean mixed powder which comprises a soybean powder prepared by the pulverization of dried soybeans, dextrin and an alkali carbonate; and a coagulating agent, and more specifically, a raw material used for preparing solidified soybean foods (such as TOFU and TOFA) which comprises dextrin in an amount ranging from 9 to 40 parts by mass and an alkali carbonate in a rate ranging from 0.15 to 1.6 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the soybean powder as well as a raw material used for preparing a soybean-derived beverage starting from the foregoing soybean mixed powder. Thus, the present invention can provide a soybean mixed powder or the like for use in the preparation of TOFU, TOFA and/or soybean-derived beverages, which have excellent appearance, high pleasantness to the teeth and high nutritive values, which can easily be prepared, for instance, at each home using soybean mixed powder obtained by the pulverization of dried soybeans.

摘要： This invention is intended to further improve the effects of alleviating hangover symptoms with the use of a composition comprising a turmeric extract. In particular, this invention is intended to provide a composition that alleviates specific hangover symptoms, such as heartburn and dull headache. The present inventors found that a composition comprising a turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract and a zedoary (Curcuma zedoaria) extract is capable of effectively suppressing heartburn and dull headache among hangover symptoms. The effects attained with the use of the composition of the present invention are remarkable for a person with low aldehyde dehydrogenase activity.
