摘要: Disclosed in the present invention is complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility. The complex-phase steel has a microstructure of ferrite and bainite. The complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: C: 0.06-0.09%, Si: 0.05-0.5%, Al: 0.02-0.1%, Mn: 1.5-1.8%, Cr: 0.3-0.6%, Nb≤0.03%, Ti: 0.05-0.12%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. In addition, also disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the foregoing complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility. The method comprises the following steps: (1) smelting and casting; (2) heating; (3) hot-rolling; (4) phosphorous removal; (5) laminar cooling: a relaxation time period is controlled to be 0-8 s, and a laminar cooling rate is 40-70° C./s; (6) coiling; (7) leveling; and (8) pickling. The complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility can simultaneously satisfy the requirements for hole expansibility and good plasticity.

The mass percentages of the chemical elements thereof are: 0.1-0.3% of C, 0.1-2.0% of Si, 7.5-12% of Mn, 0.01-2.0% of Al, and the balance of iron and other inevitable impurities. The microstructure of the steel with a high product of strength and elongation for vehicles is austenite+martensite+ferrite or austenite+martensite. The steel for vehicles can reach a grade of 1500 MPa, and has a product of strength and elongation of no less than 30 GPa %.

Also disclosed are a manufacturing method and annealing process for the steel.

摘要: An ultra-high-strength hot-rolled steel plate and steel strip having good fatigue and reaming properties and a manufacturing method therefor. The weight percentages of the components of the steel plate and the steel strip are: C: 0.07-0.14%, Si: 0.1-0.4%, Mn: 1.55-2.00%, P≤0.015%, S≤0.004%, Al: 0.01-0.05%, N≤0.005%, Cr: 0.15-0.50%, V: 0.1-0.35%, Nb: 0.01%-0.06%, Mo: 0.15-0.50%, Ti≤0.02%, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. Such components need to meet: 1.0≤[(Cr/52)/(C/4)+(Nb/93+Ti/48+V/51+Mo/96)/(C/12)]≤1.6. The tensile strength of the ultrahigh-strength hot-rolled steel plate and steel strip is ≥780 MPa, the yield strength thereof is ≥660 MPa, the tensile fatigue limit (10 million cycles) FL thereof is ≥570 MPa, or the fatigue limit to tensile strength FL/Rm thereof is ≥0.72. The reaming rate meets: if an original hole is a punched hole, the reaming rate thereof is >85%; and if the original hole is a reamed hole, the reaming rate thereof is >120%.

The steel plate/steel strip comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 0.03-0.07% of C, 0.1-0.5% of Si, 1.7-2.0% of Mn, P 0.001, the content of available B*=B-[Ti-3.4N-1.2(C—Nb/7.8)]/22, CE 980 MPa and a yield strength of >780 MPa, and the hole expansion rate satisfies: if an original hole is a punched hole, the hole expansion rate is >50%; and if the original hole is a reamed hole, the hole expansion rate is >60%. The steel plate is mainly used in the preparation of vehicle chassis and suspension system parts.
