Abstract: Organic peroxides of the formula

IN WHICH R1 is hydrogen or methyl; R2 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralykl or aryl or up to fourteen carbon atoms; R3 is tertiary alkyl or cycloalkyl of up to ten carbon atoms or ditertiary alkylene of eight to ten carbon atoms and n is 1 or 2. The new peroxides are suitable for the production of polymers containing isocyanate groups which are easily crosslinkable.
