Abstract: The present invention relates to dust-free preparations dispersible in cold water. These preparations consist of particles comprising water-insoluble or only sparingly water-soluble active substance(s), said particles being coated with one or more layers, the outermost layer comprising as principal component one or more hydrophobic powdering agents on which at least one dispersant is absorbed. The invention also relates to a process for producing these particles and to the use thereof in food supplements, foodstuffs, animal feeds, personal-care products, and medicaments.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing particles containing carotenoid and/or vitamin and/or omega-3 fatty acids and/or phytosterols and/or conjugated linoleic acids, having a narrow particle size distribution and uniform spherical shape and density, and also to particles obtainable by this method and use thereof as food supplements, foodstuffs, feedstuffs, body care products and medicaments. The particles according to the invention exhibit improved storage stability compared to the prior art.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pulverulent vitamin formulation in which the vitamin essentially has a particle size of less than 0.7 μm and which comprises an effective amount of propyl gallate, and also to processes for producing this formulation, and to formulations obtainable by these processes and to the use thereof as animal feed, food, food supplement, personal care product or pharmaceutical composition. The formulations of the invention have improved stability compared to the prior art.
