    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a process for making a coated oxide material comprising: (a) providing a particulate material chosen from lithiated nickel-cobalt aluminum oxides and lithiated layered nickel-cobalt-manganese oxides wherein a nickel content ranges from 10 mole-% to 95 mole-% nickel, by total metal content in the particulate material, (b) optionally, treating the particulate material with an aqueous medium, followed by removing the aqueous medium, (c) treating the particulate material from step (a) or (b) with a metal amide or alkyl metal compound dissolved or slurried in an organic solvent, and (d) removing the organic solvent employed in step (c).

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a composite material composed of a) at least one oxidic phase and b) an organic polymer phase. The copolymerization of at least one compound of the formula I [(ArO)mMOnRrHp]q  (I) in which M is B, Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge, Sn, P, As or Sb, Ar is phenyl or naphthyl, R is alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or aryl, where aryl is unsubstituted or may have one or more substituents, with formaldehyde or formaldehyde equivalents, in a reaction medium which is essentially anhydrous, to obtain a composite material having an arrangement of phase domains similar to those nanocomposite materials obtainable by twin polymerization, and to the use of the composite material for production of gas storage materials, rubber mixtures, low-K dielectrics and electrode materials for lithium ion batteries.

    摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for producing electrochemical cells, preferably Li-ion cells. The apparatus comprises at least one placing location (13, 15, 17, 19), at least one assembly location (2, 4), a robot system (3) with gripper (150), an automated pipetting machine (5) with cleaning station, a tool for sealing cell stacks and at least one tray with depressions for accommodating components, the number of depressions being in total greater than or equal to two, preferably greater than or equal to four and particularly preferably greater than or equal to six. For assembling the cells, the individual components E1 to E5 are placed in trays on the placing locations and are automatically moved from there by a gripper to the assembly zone and positioned. The zones between the components E2 and E3 and between E3 and E4 are filled with electrolyte. Characteristic features of the apparatus include extremely flexible use with regard to varying different process parameters, elevated throughput and a low reject rate for the produced Li-ion cells.
