Abstract: A transparent display device and a backlight module are provided. The transparent display device includes: a scattered display panel including a display side; a first base substrate on a side of the scattered display panel facing away from the display side; a light source on a side of the first base substrate; and a dot-array structure between the scattered display panel and the first base substrate. The first base substrate includes a light incident surface and a light emitting surface. The dot-array structure includes a plurality of protrusions, and orthographic projections of the plurality of protrusions on the light emitting surface are distributed in an array. An orthographic projection of each protrusion on a first plane is in an inverted trapezoidal shape in a direction from the first base substrate to the scattered display panel.

Abstract: A photosensitive circuit and a driving method thereof, a detection device, and a display device are disclosed. The photosensitive circuit includes a reset sub-circuit, a compensation sub-circuit, a photosensitive sub-circuit, and a read sub-circuit. The reset sub-circuit is configured to provide an initial signal to a first node in response to a first control signal; the compensation sub-circuit is configured to compensate a level of the first node in response to a second control signal; the photosensitive sub-circuit is configured to receive incident light, supply a power supply voltage to the second node under control of the level of the first node, generate a sensing electrical signal based on the incident light, and provide the sensing electrical signal to the second node; and the read sub-circuit is configured to output the sensing electrical signal in response to a third control signal.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pixel sensing circuit. The photoelectric conversion sub-circuit is configured to collect an incident light, and generate an electrical signal based on the incident light collected, so as to charge the signal collection point. The resetting sub-circuit is configured to write a first power supply voltage from the first power supply terminal to the signal collection point. The compensation and pulling-up sub-circuit is configured to: obtain a threshold voltage of the conversion transistor; generate a compensation voltage according to the threshold voltage; write the compensation voltage to the signal collection point; pull up the voltage at the signal collection point. The selection sub-circuit is configured to control the connection between the first electrode of the conversion transistor and an image processor. The conversion transistor is configured to output the current signal according to the voltage at the signal collection point.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifting device, a driving method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifting device of the present disclosure includes: data lines, scan lines and phase shifting units. Each phase shifting unit includes: a switch sub-circuit and a phase shifter. Control terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same row are coupled to a same scan line, first terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same column are coupled to a same data line, and a second terminal of each switch sub-circuit is coupled to a phase shifter included in the phase shifting unit to which the switch sub-circuit belongs. Each switch sub-circuit is configured to transmit, in response to a switch control signal provided by the scan line, a data voltage signal provided by the data line to the phase shifter to drive the phase shifter.
