The FIC capacitive touch screen comprises an array substrate and touch electrodes disposed above or below the array substrate, the touch electrodes comprising a plurality of first capacitive electrodes and a plurality of second capacitive electrodes, wherein the first capacitive electrode comprises a plurality of electrically connected capacitive electrode blocks correspondingly located in areas where at least a portion of sub-pixel units of the array substrate are located. The FIC capacitive touch screen has fewer reports for false touch point.

摘要: The present invention provides a shift register unit and its driving method, a gate drive circuit and a display device, which can at least partially alleviate the problem of noise interference caused by non-release of the coupling capacitance of the thin film transistor itself in the GOA circuit. The shift register unit comprises: a pull-up control module for transmitting voltage of a first voltage terminal to a pull-up control node under the control of a first signal input terminal; a reset module for pulling down the potential of said pull-up control node to a voltage of a second voltage terminal under the control of a second signal input terminal; an output module for transmitting a signal input through a first clock signal terminal to a signal output terminal under the control of said pull-up control node; a first control module for pulling down the potential of the signal output terminal to the voltage of the second voltage terminal under the control of a second clock signal terminal; a second control module for pulling up or down the potential of the pull-up control node to a voltage of the first signal input terminal under the control of the second clock signal terminal.

摘要: The touch display panel comprises an array substrate, a color film substrate a touch electrode layer located at a side of the color film substrate away from the array substrate, and a transparent electrically conductive layer between the color film substrate and the touch electrode layer and insulated from the touch electrode layer. The transparent electrically conductive layer comprises a first area and a second area, a thickness of the transparent electrically conductive layer in the first area is greater than a thickness of the transparent electrically conductive layer in the second area, the transparent electrically conductive layer is suitable for being electrically connected to ground. A projection area of the touch electrode layer on the color film substrate overlaps with a projection area of the transparent electrically conductive layer located in the second area on the color film substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a bi-directional scanning gate driver and its shift register unit. The shift register unit comprises a shift trigger signal/reset signal input terminal (1), a reset signal/shift trigger signal input terminal (2), the first clock terminal (6) and an output terminal (8). The shift trigger signal/reset signal input terminal (1) and the reset signal/shift trigger signal input terminal (2) are coupled to one of the shift trigger signal and the reset signal. When it is switched between the forward shift and the reverse shift, the signals coupled to the shift trigger signal/reset signal input terminal (1) and the reset signal/shift trigger signal input terminal (2) are exchanged. The first clock terminal (6) is coupled to a clock signal for providing a driving level to the output terminal (8). The circuit of such a shift register unit is constituted of at least four transistors and one capacitor. The structure of the circuit of the present disclosure is simple and may solve the technical problem of coupling noise voltage generated by the clock signal.

In the display panel, it is possible to precisely and quickly detect whether there is a short-circuit or open-circuit defect and the precise position of the defect. It is only required to perform an inching detection on signal lines in a small area during the detection procedure, which saves detection time and improves detection efficiency.

摘要: An array substrate (40), a driving method thereof and a display apparatus, relate to a field of display technique. The array substrate (40) comprises a plurality of pixel units (33) arranged in a matrix form and divided by a plurality of crisscrossed gate lines (31) and data lines (32), each of the pixel units (33) comprises pixel electrodes (331) and further comprises common electrodes (332); in the matrix of the pixel units (33), voltage polarities of the common electrodes (332) corresponding to pixel units (33) with a sum of numbers of rows and columns being equal are the same; voltage polarities of the common electrodes (332) of adjacent pixel units (33) are reverse. By adopting the array substrate of such a structure, the voltage swing of the data line (32) driving voltage between the positive and negative polarity gray scale is greatly reduced while the dot reversal driving is realized, thereby effectively reducing the power consumption of the array substrate (40) in the dot reversal driving mode.
