The display panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate arranged opposite to each other; the array substrate includes a box alignment area facing the opposite substrate, a circuit test area located on a side of the box alignment area; the opposite substrate includes a base substrate, a conductive black matrix arranged on a side of the base substrate facing the array substrate; the display panel further includes an electrostatic discharging layer electrically connected respectively with the conductive black matrix and a GND wire in the circuit test area; the conductive black matrix is provided with a thickened area in at least an area in contact with the electrostatic discharging layer; a thickness of the thickened area of the conductive black matrix is more than a thickness of other areas of the conductive black matrix.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a micro light-emitting diode array substrate is disclosed. The method includes: providing a drive substrate comprising a plurality of sub-pixel regions, the plurality of sub-pixel regions being configured for bearing micro light-emitting diodes of different colors, and epitaxial layers of the micro light-emitting diodes of different colors having different thicknesses; providing a base substrate, forming a plurality of micro light-emitting diodes on the base substrate, and transferring micro light-emitting diodes of same color on the base substrate as a whole onto the drive substrate; repeating the transferring process in a sequence that the thicknesses of the epitaxial layers of the micro light-emitting diodes gradually increase, until each sub-pixel region in pixel units is provided with one of the micro light-emitting diodes having same color as the each sub-pixel region.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the display technical field, more particularly, to a pressure sensitive film and a manufacturing method thereof. The pressure sensitive film comprises a substrate, a color displaying layer and a color forming layer laminated sequentially; the other surface of the substrate opposite to the surface adjoining the color displaying layer is for bearing pressure; the color forming layer comprises at least one color forming unit, each of which comprises at least two color sacs, and the at least two color sacs have pressure-bearing thresholds different from each other, and operate when the pressure borne reaches their pressure-bearing thresholds; the color displaying layer displays corresponding colors according to the operation conditions of the color sacs, and each color corresponds to a set pressure value. The pressure sensitive film provided by the present disclosure determines a pressure range of the device according to the different colors, realizing effective monitoring of the device pressure; and determining the flatness of the device according to the evenness of the colors of tested regions, thus combining the pressure test and flatness test, so as to make the routine device pressure monitoring more convenient.
