摘要: A display substrate is provided, including: a base substrate including at least pixel and hole areas; sub-pixels arranged on the base substrate and in the pixel area; a hole in the hole area; a first barrier dam between the sub-pixels and the hole and at least partially surrounding the hole; a functional film layer, an organic material layer and an encapsulating structure sequentially arranged on the display substrate in a direction away from the base substrate, an orthographic projection of the organic material layer on the base substrate falling within the pixel area, the organic material layer including at least one film layer; and a filling structure, at least a portion of which is arranged between the hole and the first barrier dam. The filling structure and the at least one film layer of the organic material layer are in the same layer and include the same material.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a display substrate, a display panel and a display device. The display substrate includes: a base substrate including a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area; a common electrode located in the peripheral area and surrounding the display area; a panel crack detection line located in the peripheral area and surrounding the display area, wherein the panel crack detection line is located on one side of the common electrode away from the display area; and at least one electrostatic discharge circuit located in the peripheral area, wherein the at least one electrostatic discharge circuit includes at least one first thin film transistor including an active layer, a gate, a source and a drain, the source and the drain are electrically connected to the panel crack detection line, and the gate is electrically connected to the common electrode.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device, and belongs to the field of display technology. The display substrate provided by the present disclosure has a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, and includes a substrate; a plurality of pixel circuits on the substrate and in the display area; and a plurality of dummy pixel circuits on the substrate and in the peripheral area; wherein the number of transistors in each dummy pixel circuit is smaller than the number of transistors in each pixel circuit. Because the number of the transistors in the dummy pixel circuit is smaller than the number of the transistors in the pixel circuit, space occupied by the dummy pixel circuit in the peripheral area can be reduced, thereby facilitating realization of a display device with a narrow bezel.

The display panel includes a display region and a peripheral region arranged on a substrate, and further includes multiple active driving circuits and multiple redundant driving circuits. At least one active driving circuit is electrically connected to at least one of multiple pixel units, and each redundant driving circuit includes at least one electrode layer arranged on the substrate. The peripheral region includes a flat region and a curved region, at least part of the redundant driving circuits are located in a flat redundant driving circuit region included in the flat region. The flat redundant driving circuit region includes at least two alignment mark regions. In the alignment mark regions, at least one electrode layer is hollowed out, and/or at least one electrode layer is filled up.
