摘要: Provided is a rubber composition containing a high layered or sheet clay mineral content, wherein the dispersion of the stratified or tabular clay minerals is improved, thus reducing air permeability and improving flex resistance. Also provided is a tire using said rubber composition. An example of the aforementioned rubber composition is a rubber composition containing a rubber component (A), a layered or sheet clay mineral (B), and a glycerin fatty acid ester composition (C).

摘要: As an additive composition capable of improving the processability, the low loss property and the breaking resistance of a silica compounded rubber composition, and a rubber composition excellent in processability, low loss property and breaking resistance, this disclosure provides an additive composition for silica compounded rubber composition comprising a glycerin fatty acid ester, wherein: the glycerin fatty acid ester is an ester of a glycerin and two or more fatty acids, a fatty acid component which is the most among the two or more fatty acids constituting the glycerin fatty acid ester being 10 to 90 mass % of all fatty acids; and a monoester component is contained in an amount of 50 to 100 mass % in the glycerin fatty acid ester, and provides a rubber composition comprising a diene based rubber, a silica, and the additive composition for silica compounded rubber composition.

摘要: Modified cellulose fibers, wherein each of (A) one or more substituents selected from substituents represented by the following general formula (1) and substituents represented by the following general formula (2): —CH2—CH(OH)—R1 (1); —CH2—CH(OH)—CH2—(OA)n-O—R1 (2), wherein each R1 in the general formula (1) and the general formula (2) is independently a linear or branched alkyl group having 3 or more carbon atoms and 30 or less carbon atoms; n in the general formula (2) is a number of 0 or more and 50 or less; and A is a linear or branched, divalent saturated hydrocarbon group having 1 or more carbon atoms and 6 or less carbon atoms, and (B) a substituent represented by the following general formula (3): —CH2—CH(OH)—R2 (3), wherein R2 in the general formula (3) is an alkyl group having 1 or more carbon atoms and 2 or less carbon atoms, is independently bonded to cellulose fibers via an ether bond, wherein the modified cellulose fibers have a cellulose I crystal structure. The resin composition blended with the modified cellulose fibers of the present invention can be suitably used in various industrial applications such as daily sundries, household electric appliance parts, wrapping materials for household electric appliance parts and automobile parts.

摘要: Provided are an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition capable of giving high abrasion resistance to a rubber composition containing an inorganic filler, a rubber composition containing the abrasion resistance improver for rubber composition, a tire using the rubber composition, and a method for producing the abrasion resistance improver for rubber composition. The present invention are concerned with [1] an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition, including, as an active ingredient, lignin having an aldehyde yield rate by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of 12% by mass or more; [2] a rubber composition containing the abrasion resistance improver as set forth above in [1], a rubber, and an inorganic filler; [3] a tire using the rubber composition as set forth above in [2]; [4] a method for producing an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition, including, as an active ingredient, lignin having an aldehyde yield rate by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of 12% by mass or more, the method including steps (A-1) to (A-3); and [5] a method for producing an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition, including, as an active ingredient, lignin having an aldehyde yield rate by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of 12% by mass or more, the method including steps (B-1) and (B-2).

The rubber composition of the present invention can be suitably used for machine tool parts, household electric appliance parts, automobile parts, and the like.
