Of the plurality of conductive lines, a distance between two conductive lines that are adjacent and do not intersect is greater than or equal to a maximum width of any conductive line, and is less than or equal to a minimum width of any feed line.

The reconfigurable antenna includes: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, a first metal layer between the first substrate and the liquid crystal layer, and a second metal layer between the second substrate and the liquid crystal layer.
