    Abstract: A broadband balun structure has a single-ended port, a balanced port, a first transmission line connected between the single-ended port and one side of the balanced port, and a second transmission line connected to the other side of the balanced port, the first transmission line positioned to allow coupling of a first portion of the first transmission line simultaneously to both a second portion of the first transmission line and a portion of the second transmission line. A broadband balun structure includes a 180° hybrid using coupled-line structures, and a phase-shift network using coupled-line structures, the coupled-line structures positioned to couple at least one line section simultaneously to two other line sections.     Abstract: A stub tuner includes a first conductor, and a rod-shaped conductor shaft. The first conductor is inserted into a tube axial direction inner side from an opening in a waveguide tube transmitting high frequency waves. The first conductor includes a plate-shaped first shape extending in a direction intersecting a tube axial direction, inside the waveguide tube, and a plate-shaped second shape extending from the outer end in the tube radial direction of the first shape toward the tube axial direction outer side in the tube axial direction. An outer circumferential surface of the second shape is separated from an inner surface of the waveguide tube. An electrical length of the outer circumferential surface in the tube axial direction is ¼ of a wavelength of the high-frequency waves. The conductor shaft is electrically connected to the waveguide tube, supports the first conductor, and extends in the tube axial direction.

    Abstract: In an example embodiment, an in-phase H-plane T-junction can comprise: a first waveguide port; a second waveguide port; a third waveguide port, wherein the third waveguide port can be a common port; and an E-plane septum. The first, second, and third waveguide ports can be in the H-plane and can be each connected to each other in a T configuration. The T-junction can be configured such that microwave signals in a first band can be in-phase with each other at the first and second waveguide ports, and microwave signals in a second band can be in-phase with each other at the first and second waveguide ports. The H-plane T-junction can be at least one of a power combiner and a power divider.
