    摘要: A fuel dispenser seal to be used in an inlet of a fuel tank having an orifice of a reduced diameter. The seal comprises a sealing ring made of a polymer material which is provided with a sealing lip which can engage with the fuel dispenser. The sealing ring is held in a support body of a basically tube-like shape and in at least a partial section the support body is elastically configured and can be inserted into the inlet through orifice by a reversible diameter reduction. In the inlet it can engage with a projection of the inlet facing in radial direction towards the interior and it can be firmly attached in axial direction.

A pipe 20 connects the storage chamber 18 with the intake pipe and can be closed by means of an electromagnetic stop valve 13. An auxiliary valve 21 including a control chamber 14 which can be closed by means of a vacuum controller is disposed between the stop valve 13 and the intake pipe 1. A bypass 4 having an adjustable cross section is provided parallel to the auxiliary valve 21.

    摘要: An apparatus for the temporary storage and controlled feeding of the volatile fuel components situated in the free space of a tank to the intake tube of an internal combustion engine. The apparatus includes a vent line connecting the free space to the atmosphere. In the vent line there is disposed a storage chamber containing an absorption element, as well as a line connecting the storage chamber to the intake tube, which can be shut off by an electromagnetic check valve. Between the check valve and the intake tube there is disposed an auxiliary valve with a control chamber. The auxiliary valve can be closed by a vacuum actuator in dependence upon the pressure difference between the control chamber and the atmosphere.

    摘要: A line (3) provided between the head space (11) of the fuel tank (10) and the induction tube (1) of the engine contains an absorption element (9) and can be shut off by a signal-actuated servo valve (8) connected to the outlet from the absorption element. The line (3) is provided with a first sensor (4) preceding the absorption element (9) and detecting gas flows. A vacuum actuator (12) following the servo valve (8) is provided with a second sensor (13) which gives a signal when actuated. The first sensor (4) and the second sensor (13) are connected for carrying signals to a diagnosis block (14) which compares them with the signal (17) actuating the servo valve (8) and uses them for fault diagnosis.

The sealing ring is joined to a seal support tapering conically in the direction of the fuel tank. The seal support is constructed in one piece, and is connected frictionally or with form locking to the sealing ring.

The auxiliary valve seat 35 has a smaller opening cross section than valve seat 32. Dimensions and mass of the auxiliary closing element 36 appertaining to the auxiliary valve seat 35 are correspondingly smaller than those of closing element 33 of valve seat 32. It can hence be brought into its open position much faster, which permits reducing the hydraulic stress exerted on the main closing element 33 and increasing the opening speed thereof.
