摘要: A valve device for brake control of a different pressure medium-operated vehicle brake systems comprises a housing that has pressure medium ducts. A relay valve provides a pneumatic control pressure, which is fed to the relay valve via at least one of the pressure medium ducts at a higher flow rate. At least one insert is pneumatically connected to at least two of the pressure medium ducts, which can be pneumatically connected to each other by the insert. The two pressure medium ducts define a pressure medium path, the profile of which differs based on the housing that is in each case selected and/or switched based on the selected insert. The housing is selected from a set of housings having different pressure medium ducts, in particular bores, but which are otherwise essentially similar. The insert is selected from a set of different inserts.

A first variant of the valve device is configured as a modulator for use in an electronically regulated embodiment of the brake system; and a second variant is configured for use in a pneumatically controlled embodiment of the brake system. However, both variants have pneumatic interfaces and mechanical fastening points that are configured substantially identically with respect to one another to facilitate conversion of the brake system from one such embodiment to another.

摘要: The invention relates to a system (1) having at least one valve device (4, 4′, 4″, 4′″) for a pneumatically operated brake system (90, 90′) of a vehicle, wherein the brake system (90, 90′) has the valve device (4, 4′, 4″, 4′″) and at least one brake (92, 94, 98, 100). By means of the valve device (4, 4′, 4″, 4′″) a pneumatic brake pressure which can be fed to the brake is adjusted in a controlled manner. According to the invention, the system has at least two variants (12, 14) of the valve device (4, 4′, 4″, 4′″) which can be used alternatively in the brake system (90, 90′). Here, a first variant (12) is configured as a modulator for use in an electronically regulated embodiment of the brake system (90), and a second variant (14) is configured for use in a pneumatically controlled embodiment of the brake system (90′). However, both variants (12, 14) of the valve device (4, 4′, 4″, 4′″) have pneumatic interfaces (24, 26, 28, 30) and mechanical fastening points (16, 18, 20, 22) which are configured identically with respect to one another. Furthermore, the invention relates to the valve device (4, 4′, 4″, 4′″) for the system (1), and a brake actuation device (6, 6′, 6′″), a trailer control valve device (8, 8′) and a device for controlling (10, 10′) in each case for this system (1). Moreover, the invention relates to a brake system (90, 90′) for a vehicle with at least one replacement component (2) of the system (1), to the vehicle, the use of a component of a brake system as component (2) of the system (1), and a method for retrofitting a brake system, in which method a component of the brake system is replaced by a component (2) of the system (1) according to the invention.

摘要: An actuating device includes a vehicle operating brake and parking brake. A first braking effect is generated by the parking brake independently of a braking procedure for the operating brake. The actuating device comprises a first switched state, wherein the first braking effect of the parking brake cannot be provided, and a second switched state, wherein the first (full) braking effect of the parking brake is provided. The actuating device further comprises a manually actuatable operating element for actuating the parking brake that comprises travel positions. The actuating device is switched to the second switched state in a first travel position when the parking brake is released, and to the first switched state when the parking brake is applied. Also, the actuating device is switchable to a further switched state. In an actuating method, the actuating device is switched to the further switched state in response to an actuation.

摘要: The invention relates to an actuating device for a parking brake of a vehicle, in particular a commercial vehicle, wherein the actuating device comprises an operating brake for driving operation and the parking brake for securing the vehicle. A first braking effect can be generated by means of the parking brake for the vehicle independently of a braking procedure for the operating brake. The actuating device comprises a first switched state, wherein the first braking effect of the parking brake cannot be provided, and comprises a second switched state, wherein the first, in particular full, braking effect and the parking brake can be provided. The actuating device further comprises a manually actuatable operating element (2, 2) for actuating the parking brake, wherein the operating element (2, 2′) comprises a plurality of travel positions (18, 20, 83, 84), wherein the actuating device can be switched to the second switched state in a first travel position (18) in the case of a released parking brake, and wherein the actuating device can be switched to the first switched state in the case of an applied parking brake. According to the invention, the actuating device can be switched to a further switched state. The invention further relates to a method for actuating said actuating device, wherein the actuating device is switched to the further switched state in response to an actuation.

摘要: A brake system for a vehicle includes brake cylinders operated by pressurized fluid for actuation of brakes by means of pressurized fluid on at least one first axle of the vehicle. The brakes on at least one other, second, axle can be actuated exclusively electromechanically in response to an electrical braking request signal. The pressure of the pressurized fluid can be modulated indirectly or directly and the electrical braking request signal can be generated indirectly or directly in response to actuation of a brake pedal of a brake pedal device. A service brake function is provided by means of hybrid use of the brakes on the first axle(s) together with the brakes on the second axle(s). The brake cylinders operated by pressurized fluid are pneumatically operated brake cylinders. The pressure modulated by the brake pedal device is a pneumatic pressure, and the pressurized fluid is compressed air.
