    摘要: A method includes (a) detecting based on reporting information from UEs, HO problems which have occurred within a predefined time interval, (b) classifying the detected HO problems into three categories, (c) determining information being related to at least one of the detected HO problems, wherein the information represents a refinement of one or more of the three categories or wherein the information represents a further category, (d) counting a the numbers of HO problems which have been classified into the various categories, (e) reporting a key performance indicator message indicative for the numbers of the various categories and for the determined information, and (f) adapting, based on the reported key performance indicator message, the value a mobility related network configuration parameter of the mobile radio communication network such that the mobility robustness of the communication network is optimized.

    摘要: There is provided a control apparatus for controlling a first cell of a cellular communication network, the control apparatus including a control unit configured for receiving handover related data related to a handover from the first cell to a second cell and a third cell, wherein the control unit is further configured for determining a ranking data for the second cell and the third cell, the ranking data being dependent on the handover related data, and wherein the control unit is further configured for setting at least one operating parameter of the control apparatus depending on the handover related data and the ranking data. Further, the control unit may be configured for determining ranking data for the first cell and a fourth cell, and for determining a value for at least one operating parameter of a control apparatus which controls the second cell.

    摘要: A method is proposed by which a mobile device is controlled, which is capable of establishing connection with a first and at least a second type radio access network, the first and the second type radio access network operating with different radio access technologies. In case a radio link failure is detected, when the mobile device was connected with the first type radio access network, it is tried to re-establish connection with the first type radio access network. In case reestablishing the connection with the first type radio access network was not successful, it is tried to re-establish connection with the second type radio access network.

    摘要: It is described a method for optimizing a handover behavior of a mobile radio communication network including at least a first base station and a second base station. The method includes (a) performing a handover of a user equipment from the first base station to the second base station, (b) adding an information element representing a property of the radio link between the user equipment and the first base station to a data record being associated with the user equipment, (c) transferring the data record from the first base station to the second base station and (d) optimizing the handover behavior of the mobile radio communication network based on the added information element. It is further described a first base station and a second base station, which in conjunction which each other, are configured for carrying out the described handover behavior optimization method.
