    Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a stent loading and delivery device, and methods for making and using the device. The device includes a handle assembly and an outer tubular member extending distally from the handle assembly. A proximal end of the outer tubular member is attached to a first handle of the handle assembly. The device includes an intermediate tubular member slidably disposed within the outer tubular member and an inner elongate member extending distally from the handle assembly within the intermediate tubular member. A stent constrainment mechanism is attached to a distal end of the intermediate tubular member and can receive a stent into a distal opening of the stent constrainment mechanism in an expanded state. Upon longitudinal actuation of the outer tubular member the stent constrainment mechanism collapses radially inward around the stent to constrain it within the outer tubular member.

    Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a stent loading and delivery device, and methods for making and using the device. The device includes a handle assembly and an outer tubular member extending distally from the handle assembly. A proximal end of the outer tubular member is attached to a first handle of the handle assembly.     Abstract: A valve assembly that includes an inlet that is in fluid communication with an enclosure of a medical device, an outlet that is in fluid communication with a delivery conduit of the medical device, and a body having a channel that is in fluid communication with a source of fluid. The body is configured to move relative to the inlet and outlet to selectively fluidly couple the channel with the enclosure and delivery conduit. In a first position of the body, the channel is misaligned with at least one of the inlet or the outlet, such that the delivery conduit is not in fluid communication with at least one of the enclosure or the source of fluid.     Abstract: This invention is directed to a medical device having a longitudinal axis, and including a handle and a catheter. The handle can include a body having a proximal end and a distal end, an actuator moveably coupled to the body, and a handle control member coupled to the actuator, wherein the actuator can be configured to move relative to the body to move the handle control member. The catheter can include a shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end of the shaft and the distal end of the body can be configured for releasable coupling. The catheter can also include a steering section located along the shaft and a catheter control member coupled to the steering section, wherein the catheter control member can be configured to move relative to the shaft to move the steering section relative to the longitudinal axis.     Abstract: A medical device that includes a handle for conveying an agent having particles and a receiver having a first lumen defined by a first end and a second end. The receiver having an axis extending between the first end and the second end. The first end configured to receive the particles from the handle, and the second end in fluid communication with a second lumen having a cross-sectional dimension smaller than a cross-sectional dimension of the first lumen. Each of the cross-sectional dimensions of the first lumen and the second lumen is measured transverse to the axis. The second end is configured to receive the particles from the first end of the receiver. The second lumen is configured to control delivery of the agent to a delivery conduit in fluid communication with the second lumen based on sizes of the particles.
