摘要: An antibacterial nylon 6 material of formula (I), preparation method therefor and application thereof are provided. In formula (I), each R1 group and each R2 group are independently selected from the group consisting of C1-24 linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C3-12 alicyclic hydrocarbyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C6-18 aryl groups and substituted or unsubstituted C7-30 aralkyl groups, or the R1 and R2 groups on the same nitrogen atom, together with the attached N atom, form a 5-7 membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring; each R3 group is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen (H), C1-24 linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C3-12 alicyclic hydrocarbyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C6-18 aryl groups, and substituted or unsubstituted C7-30 aralkyl groups; x is in a range of 0.02-0.30; y is in a range of 0.70-0.98, and x+y=1.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing light olefins, the process comprising: continuously contacting an oxygen-containing compound raw material with catalyst to have a dehydration reaction so as to prepare low-carbon alkene, the reaction pressure P of the dehydration reaction being 1-2 MPa, and the weight hourly space velocity H of the dehydration reaction being 15-50 h−1. The process of preparing light olefins has a simple and continuous operation process, reduces investment, greatly increases production of light olefins and has a high safety.

摘要: The present invention provides a process of cultivating microalgae and a joint method of same jointed with denitration. During the microalgae cultivation, EM bacteria is added into the microalgae suspension. In the nutrient stream for cultivating microalgae, at least one of the nitrogen source, phosphorus source and carbon source is provided in the form of a nutrient salt. During the cultivation, the pH of the microalgae suspension is adjusted with nitric acid and/or nitrous acid. The joint method includes (1) a step of cultivating microalgae; (2) a separation step of separating a microalgae suspension obtained from step (1) into a wet microalgae (microalgae biomass) and a residual cultivation solution; and (3) a NOx absorbing/immobilizing step of denitrating an industrial waste gas with the residual cultivation solution obtained from step (2). The nutrient stream absorbed with NOx obtained from step (3) is used to provide nitrogen source to the microalgae cultivation of step (1).

摘要: Disclosed are a method and system for producing hydrogen peroxide, the method comprising: 1) carrying out a hydrogenation reaction on a working solution containing an alkylanthraquinone in the presence of hydrogenation catalyst particles and hydrogen, separating the resultant to obtain a circulating slurry and a hydrogenated solution, and recycling the circulating slurry; 2) dividing the hydrogenated solution into two streams, and regenerating the first stream of the hydrogenated solution to obtain a regenerated hydrogenated solution; 3) contacting the second stream of the hydrogenated solution and the regenerated hydrogenated solution with an oxygen-containing gas for oxidation reaction to obtain an oxidized solution; and 4) carrying out extraction separation on the oxidized solution to obtain an extract liquor containing hydrogen peroxide and a raffinate, and recycling the raffinate. The method can substantially eliminate the temperature difference of the reactor bed, effectively improve the hydrogenation selectivity, plant efficiency and hydrogenation efficiency, and prolong the service life of the hydrogenation catalyst.

摘要: The present invention provides a joint method of cultivating microalgae combined with denitrating an industrial waste gas and a system useful for the same. The joint method comprises the steps of: (1) a step of cultivating microalgae; (2) a separation step of separating a microalgae suspension obtained from step (1) into a wet microalgae (microalgae biomass) and a residual cultivation solution; (3) a NOx absorbing/immobilizing step of denitrating an industrial waste gas with the residual cultivation solution obtained from step (2); wherein the nutrient stream absorbed with NOx obtained from step (3) is used to provide nitrogen source to the microalgae cultivation of step (1). During the microalgae cultivation, EM bacteria is added into the microalgae suspension. The microalgae is preferably Chlorella sp., Scenedesmus sp., Monoraphidium sp. or Spirulina sp.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing light olefins. In the process for producing light olefins by continuously bringing an alkane feedstock and a catalyst into contact to subject to a dehydrogenation reaction, the reaction pressure P of the dehydrogenation reaction is made 0.6-2 MPa and the volume space velocity H of the dehydrogenation reaction is made 500-1000 h−1. The light olefins production process of the present invention is simple and continuous in operation and has the characteristics of low investment, significant increase in yield of light olefins and high safety.
