    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a transfer equipment, an aluminum liquid transfer system and an aluminum liquid transfer method. An exemplary transfer equipment comprises a rail platform; a pushing device; a rotating device; wherein the two ends of the rail platforms are adapted to interface with a rail-type transfer trolley running on the casting line, so that the molten liquid container can be transferred from a rail-type transfer trolley on one casting line to one end of the rail platform, and from the other end of the rail platform to a rail-type transfer trolley on the adjacent other casting line, and the turnplate of the rotating device is adapted to interface with the transfer rail on the rail platform, so that the molten liquid container can be transferred from the transfer rail to the turnplate, and to the transfer rail after the orientation has been changed by rotation on the turnplate.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to multi-station conveying equipment which comprises a driving device, a conveyance coupling device and a station combination device, wherein the station combining device includes a plurality of conveying station mechanisms arranged side by side in proper order corresponding to a plurality of stations, wherein each conveying station mechanism is suitable for placing and supporting a material frame; the driving device can drive the plurality of material frames on the plurality of conveying station mechanisms to synchronously move through the conveyance coupling device; and the conveyance coupling device comprises at least one set of drawstring shifting fork mechanism. The driving device drives the drawstring shifting fork mechanism to reciprocate, and drives the material frame to move forward simultaneously. The electric system and the mechanical system in the existing conveying mechanism are simplified, the manufacturing cost and the energy consumption of the equipment are reduced, fault points are reduced.

The extension and retraction of a cylinder drives a lower valve body, a valve rod, an upper valve body and respective accessories to move up and down, and sludge at the bottom of a water tank that is deposited to the upper part of an upper valve plate and the lower part of an upper valve body gasket is discharged quantitatively, thereby saving water and avoiding blockage; moreover, the quantitative tank bottom sludge valve has simple components in structure, and it is low in processing and assembly precision requirements, low cost, convenient to install and maintain, and suitable for mass production and use.
