摘要: An inching system for a vehicle having a hydrostatic transmission and an engine that drives the transmission. The transmission has a pilot pressure port with a pressure of hydraulic fluid at the pilot pressure port controlling a level of power from the transmission, a beginning of draining of the hydraulic fluid from the pilot pressure port defining an inching starting point. The system includes a brake pedal and an electrohydraulic valve coupled to the pilot pressure port of the transmission, the valve being configured to drain the hydraulic fluid at the pilot pressure port. A sensor is coupled to the pedal to detect an input from the operator, the sensor producing a signal indicative of the input from the operator. A controller receives the signal and a speed of the engine. The controller controls the electrohydraulic valve dependent upon the signal and the engine speed so that the inching starting point is unchanged regardless of the speed of the engine.

摘要: A compact wheel loader having a hydrostatic transmission and two modes of operation. In a normal mode, a demand lever is used to set the engine speed, and displacement of the swash plate of the hydraulic pump of the transmission is set by a hydraulic pilot pressure (Ps) that increases with engine speed, so that the transmission ratio automatically decreases as the engine speed increased. In a creeper mode, the engine is set to operate at a high speed to meet the demand of powered implements of the loader, and the wheel speed is controlled by the demand lever setting the transmission ratio by varying the hydraulic pilot pressure (Ps).

摘要: A working machine including a movable implement, a hydraulic actuator for displacing the implement, and a hydraulic control system for enabling an operator to control movement of the implement. The control system allows the implement to be returned to a desired position or state, such as a return to dig position or a return to float state, in a single automated operation that is initiated by the operator actuating a switch at the same time as moving a joystick in a desired direction. A pilot-operated valve is used to supply hydraulic fluid under pressure to the actuator acting on the implement and the operation of the joystick is detected by means of a pressure sensor connected to a control line of the pilot-operated valve.
