摘要: A method for automatically guiding a motor grader includes receiving a desired final grade for a worksite and generating a steering path for steering the motor grader across the worksite and moldboard control instructions for actuating a moldboard of the motor grader as the motor grader moves across the worksite based at least in part on the desired final grade, at least one steering performance metric of a steering system of the motor grader, and at least one moldboard performance metric of a moldboard system of the motor grader. Moreover, the method includes receiving an input indicative of a ground speed of the motor grader. Additionally, the method includes controlling the steering system according to the steering path and the moldboard system according to the moldboard control instructions when the ground speed is within a threshold speed range.

摘要: A method for controlling a pitch angle of blades of a cooling fan of associated with a radiator of an engine, the blades extending radially from a central hub, the fan having an axis. The method includes regulating a pitch angle of the blades from a first limit value for which a cooling flux of the cooling fan has a first value to a second limit value for which the cooling flux has a second value greater than the first value. The pitch angle is determined based on quantities measured in the engine. The method further includes steps of detecting an engine speed; calculating a first derivative of the engine speed to detect accelerations of the engine; comparing the calculated first derivative with a threshold value and if the calculated first derivative is greater than the threshold value, setting the pitch angle to the first minimum limit value.

摘要: A power-takeoff (PTO) unit for a work vehicle includes a planetary gear driven by an engine of the work vehicle; a PTO spline connected in power transmission to the planetary gear and defining a gear ratio; a hydrostatic transmission driven by the planetary gear to control the gear ratio; a pressure sensor unit for sensing a differential pressure across a loop of the hydrostatic transmission; and a control unit. The control unit is configured to calculate a differential pressure in the loop from a calibration mathematical model representing an unloaded functioning of the PTO spline. The control unit is also configured to calculate a PTO spline torque from a further mathematical model. The model is based on the pressure drop, on pressure signals from the sensor unit, and on kinematic or hydraulic factors of the planetary gear and the hydrostatic transmission.

摘要: A motor grader having an articulated frame that includes a first front frame portion and a second rear frame portion that is angularly moving with respect to the first frame portion around a pivoting axis. A front steering system includes front wheels that are movable around a steering axis with respect to the articulated frame and around leaning axis transversal to the steering axis so that the front wheels may turn and lean during steering operation. A control unit receives as an input a control signal representing a steering angle and outputs steering actuation commands for an hydraulic actuating system of the front steering system and for a hydraulic actuating system of the articulated frame realizing synchronized and proportional angular movements of the front wheels around the steering and leaning axes and of the first and second portions of the frame around the pivoting axis.

摘要: An agricultural baler includes a plunger reciprocally movable within a main bale chamber during a compression stroke and a return stroke, a flywheel associated with the plunger, and a driveline associated with the flywheel and couplable with a power take-off (PTO) of a traction unit. The baler further includes an APS coupled with the driveline and configured for receiving power from the driveline and storing the power. A PTO indicator provides an output signal indicative of an engagement of the PTO. An electrical processing circuit is coupled with the APS and the PTO indicator, and controls operation of the APS, dependent on the output signal from the PTO indicator.

摘要: A cab suspension system for a work vehicle includes a front suspension assembly having a bracket configured to fixedly couple to a frame of a cab of the work vehicle. In addition, the front suspension assembly includes a support element having a torsion bar and a pair of longitudinal supports. Each of the pair of longitudinal supports is configured to rotatably couple to a chassis of the work vehicle. The front suspension assembly also includes a damping assembly coupled to the support element and configured to couple to the chassis. The bracket is rotatably coupled to the support element at a pivot joint assembly, and the bracket is configured to position the pivot joint assembly forward of the cab relative to a direction of travel of the work vehicle while the bracket is coupled to the frame of the cab.

摘要: A hydraulic arrangement is disclosed for distributing a fluid in pressure coming from a source of fluid in pressure among hydraulic units of a work vehicle. The hydraulic arrangement includes a priority valve configured to divide the flow of the fluid source between a subset of the hydraulic units on the base of an equivalent load sensing signal derived from the hydraulic units. The hydraulic arrangement further includes by-pass means fluidly interposed between the source and the subset of the hydraulic units and configured to allow direct passage of fluid by-passing priority valve from the source to the subset of the hydraulic units according to a predefined condition.

摘要: An inching system for a vehicle having a hydrostatic transmission and an engine that drives the transmission. The transmission has a pilot pressure port with a pressure of hydraulic fluid at the pilot pressure port controlling a level of power from the transmission, a beginning of draining of the hydraulic fluid from the pilot pressure port defining an inching starting point. The system includes a brake pedal and an electrohydraulic valve coupled to the pilot pressure port of the transmission, the valve being configured to drain the hydraulic fluid at the pilot pressure port. A sensor is coupled to the pedal to detect an input from the operator, the sensor producing a signal indicative of the input from the operator. A controller receives the signal and a speed of the engine. The controller controls the electrohydraulic valve dependent upon the signal and the engine speed so that the inching starting point is unchanged regardless of the speed of the engine.
