Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computerized method for assigning items to pickers including: determining a priority of an ordered item; inserting the item into an ordered data structure based on the priority of the item; iteratively, for items in the ordered data structure: determining an item physical location corresponding to a first unassigned item in the ordered data structure; determining a plurality of picker physical locations corresponding to locations of user devices of pickers; calculating a plurality of distances between the item physical location and picker physical locations among the plurality of picker physical locations; assigning the first unassigned item by: identifying a closest picker corresponding to a shortest distance of the plurality of distances; selecting the identified picker; correlating the first unassigned item with the selected picker in a data structure; and sending information of the item and physical location to the user device of the picker.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computerized method item correlation including: receiving an indication of an order comprising at least one item; determining if the order is urgent based on an amount of time remaining until the items must ship to a customer; determining a location of each of a plurality of pickers; iteratively, for items in the order: identifying a picker closest to the item, the picker having a current job priority; correlating the closest picker and the item in a data structure; re-correlating, in the data structure, at least one item previously correlated with the closest picker to an alternate picker in response to the current job priority not being urgent; sending, to a user device of the closest picker, a location and item identifier associated with the item; and storing, in the data structure, a completion flag in correlation with the item upon receipt of an item-complete message.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure include a computer implemented system including at least one processor and memory storing instructions. In one embodiment, a system receives a batch identifier, determines a number of containers, sends the number of containers to a user device, and receives a first container identifier from a user device. The system retrieves a location identifier of a first item, sends the location identifier to the user device, and receives a physical location identifier from the user device. The system sends to the user device the first item when the physical location identifier matches the location identifier. The system receives a physical item identifier of the first item and sends a destination to the user device to bring the container.
