    摘要: Payment solutions that allow a user to pay for an order in a store using a user device typically only pass the total payment amount to the user device. One way of displaying other order information on a user device involves the user device sending, to the server, a URL containing instructions for building an online page to display the order. However, this introduces the risk that a malicious user may modify the URL to remove an item from the order or change a price of an item without informing the merchant. The present application relates to systems and methods for preventing malicious activity by users when modifying order information. According to some aspects of the present disclosure, items entered into a merchant's point of sale device are sent to a server for storage in order information which can be retrieved by a user device using an identifier.

    摘要: Systems and methods support transfer of an Information Handling System (IHS) from a first individual to a second individual. Upon notification of the transfer of the IHS, a credential of the second individual is received and an inventory is generated of detected hardware of the IHS. The generated hardware inventory is signed using the credential received from the second individual and the signed hardware inventory is published, thus establishing the inventory at the time the transfer is initiated. Upon actual transfer of the IHS to the second individual, another inventory of detected IHS hardware is generated and the published hardware inventory signed using the credential of the second individual is retrieved. The inventory of detected IHS hardware generated by the second individual is compared against the signed hardware inventory generated at the time the transfer was initiated in order to identify any discrepancies in the IHS hardware.

    摘要: A purchase management system 100 comprises a central database arrangement 110 and a purchasing authorization database module 130, arranged to communicate with a transaction authorization module 405. The central database arrangement 110: receives, from a purchasing entity 200, purchasing rules applying to a purchasing group 250; adds a selected purchasing group 250 as metadata linked to a first transaction ID; adds the purchasing rules applying to said purchasing group 250; and transfers the metadata to the purchasing authorization database module 130. The purchasing authorization database module 130 receives a purchase approval request from the transaction authorization module 405; decides on the purchase approval request based on whether the requested purchase fulfils the purchasing rules; responds to the transaction authorization module 405 with approval or rejection of the purchase approval request; and transfers the transaction information to the central database arrangement 110. The central database arrangement 110 transfers the transaction information to the purchasing entity 200, thereby allowing the information about the purchase to be automatically entered into administrative systems of the purchasing entity 200.
