The exchangeable decorative frame cover can be made of fabric, leather, fur and plastics. Additionally, a kit is also provided, which contains a plurality of exchangeable decorative frame covers for providing a decorative picture frame an ability to be matched with eclectic decor. The kit can further include a picture frame together with a plurality of exchangeable decorative frame covers.
