摘要： Skin and surface sanitizers and methods for forming skin and surface sanitizers are provided. In one embodiment, a surface sanitizer is formed of a plurality of dry particles. Each dry particle comprises a liquid comprising an antibacterial agent and a dry particulates coating surrounding the liquid.
