    摘要: An optical touch panel and corresponding method are disclosed. The optical touch panel may comprise a rectangular position-detecting surface; a frame-shaped circuit board surrounding the rectangular position-detecting surface; a plurality of light-emitting elements configured for emitting a plurality of light beams, wherein the light-emitting elements are arranged along a first side of the rectangular position-detecting surface and disposed on the frame-shaped circuit board; a plurality of light-receiving elements configured for receiving light beams emitted by the plurality of light-emitting elements; a plurality of SMT components configured as optical gates for isolating ambient light to prevent erroneous light detection; and a control circuit. The plurality of SMT components and the plurality of light-receiving elements may be alternately arranged along a second side of the rectangular position-detecting surface opposite to the first side and disposed on the frame-shaped circuit board. The plurality of light-receiving elements may be arranged behind the plurality of SMT components.

    摘要: A composite reinforced mull post is disclosed for use in an entryway assembly. The mull post may engage a door on one side and a side light window on the other side. The mull post may comprise a one or two piece outer portion and one or more internal reinforcing members. The outer portion may comprise a plurality of interlocking pieces. The pieces may include a stop portion and a support portion, each with interlocking ribs. A first internal reinforcing member may be formed of engineered material such as a wood laminate, and a second reinforcing member may comprise a channel that extends partially around the first reinforcing member. The reinforcing member may include orthogonal portions conterminously received within a correspondingly shaped central chamber formed by the housing formed by the joined interlocking pieces.

    摘要: A touch sensor panel which has been calibrated to be insensitive to effects from an external force applied to the panel is provided. Touch sense circuitry settings are adjusted during a calibration procedure so that when a force is exerted on the device, no change in the touch signal DC level is seen. In this way, the ability of the touch sensor panel to detect touch or proximity events is not affected by a force being applied to the panel.

    摘要: A method for adjusting image contrast has the steps of constructing a luminance histogram of an original image; acquiring an image characteristic of the luminance histogram; judging whether there is a peak wave or deviation of luminance existed in that image characteristic; determining a control point after performing a specific algorithm; deriving a linear equation from the control point and a contrast adjusting value in a Cartesian coordinate system; establishing a gamma table from the correspondent relationship between the horizontal and vertical axis in the coordinate, where the relationship can be calculated according to the linear equation; and finally generating a luminance value from the gamma look-up table using the input luminance of each pixel in the original image.
