摘要: An axially actuating device having an elastic joining portion is provided, which is used for carrying an object and actuating the object to move axially, and comprises a fixed portion, a moving portion, and a joining member. The joining member is used to combine the fixed portion with the moving portion, such that the fixed portion and the moving portion are axially coupled with each other. Moreover, the fixed portion and the moving portion are respectively a fixed magnet and a coil, such that when a current is applied to the moving portion, the moving portion generates a relative displacement with respect to the fixed portion according to the current, so as to provide an axial displacement. Meanwhile, the moving energy is generated due to the repulsive interaction of the magnetic field, and thus a shock proofing efficacy is also provided.

摘要: An image-stabilizing driving device is proposed, including a slidable block coupled to an image sensor, a flat surface acoustic wave actuator for contacting with and driving the slidable block to move on a surface contacted therewith, and a contactless force action unit having a first and a second contactless force action layers. The first contactless force action layer is formed between the slidable block and the image sensor and the second contactless force action layer is formed on a bottom surface of the flat surface acoustic wave actuator, thereby providing preload force for the slidable block to contact with flat surface ascoustic wave actuator so as to form a thin image-stabilizing driving device.

摘要: A micro electromechanical differential actuator is comprised of a suspension arm structure and/or a bridge structure to make a two-degree-of-freedom and bi-directional motion. The actuator support base can make out-of-plane or in-plane vertical and horizontal motions. The invention is applicable in optical micro electromechanical devices such as optical switches, variable optical attenuators, optical tunable filters, modulators, tunable VCSEL's, grating modulators, micro displays, and RF switches.
