摘要: A frequency jitter generator and a frequency jitter PWM controller are provided for overcoming the shortcoming that a conventional PWM controller reduces the electromagnetic interference issue by means of varying the operating frequency of the PWM controller based on an input voltage, while resulting in the uncertainty of the range of frequency jitter and the difficulty circuit design due to the effect of the input voltage and the load. The frequency jitter generator and PWM controller adjust the range of frequency jitter by using a signal within a fixed voltage range. The invention not only gets rid of the effect of the input voltage and the loading, but also simplifies the circuit design by fixing the range of frequency jitter no greater than a predetermined percentage regardless of the operating frequency of the PWM controller.

摘要: A LED driving circuit and a backlight module using the same are disclosed. The LED driving circuit comprises a LED module and a current controlling unit. The LED module has a plurality of the LED strings, each having a driving terminal. The current controlling unit has a plurality of current balancing terminal coupled to the driving terminal, for balancing the currents flowing through the LED strings. The current controlling unit receives a mode switch signal, controls the amount of the currents of the LED strings about a first current value when the mode switch signal represent a first mode, and controls the amount of the currents of the LED strings about a second current value when the mode switch signal represent a second mode.

摘要: A light emitting diode driving circuit comprising: a current control unit, a current detection unit, and a driving control unit. The current control unit connects to the current detection unit and comprises a control end, a first input/output end, and a second input/output end to individually produce an electric potential detection signal. The light emitting diode driving circuit determines whether driving the light emitting diode is unusual or not according to the electric potential detection signals to decide to start a protect mechanism. Furthermore, the present invention can receive any types of dimming signals to adjust the light of the light emitting diode.

摘要: An LED driving circuit for driving an LED module is provided. The LED module is coupled to an inductor and a flywheel unit to provide a continuous current conduction of the inductor. A terminal of a converting switch is coupled to the LED module, and another terminal thereof is coupled to ground through a current detection unit that generates a current feedback signal to a controller, so as to stabilize a current flowing through the LED module. The LED driving circuit also includes a protecting circuit, which detects a potential of one end of the LED module to generate a detection signal and makes/has the converting switch to be turned off responsive to the detection signal. If the converting switch is turned off, driving of the LED module is stopped.

摘要: A fluorescent lamp driving circuit is provided. The fluorescent lamp driving circuit collects a pulse-width-modulation and a MOS switch in a single package. The pulse-width-modulation for driving multiple lamps only needs two pins to achieve feedback control and protection control. Thereby the pins required by the pulse-width-modulation are decreased substantially, and the electronic elements needed for feedback and protection control are also reduced, and the overall circuit design is simplified.

摘要: A lamp driving apparatus includes a switch module, a controller, a resonant module, and a level shift circuit. The switch module includes a high side transistor switch and a low side transistor switch connected in series between an input power source and a common level. The controller controls the high side and the low side transistor switches to control the power from the input power source transmitted through the switch module. The resonant module coupled to the switch module converts the power into an AC output signal to drive a lamp. The level shift circuit generates a high side control signal based on an voltage level of a connecting node of the high side and the low side transistor switches, the level shift voltage, and a control signal generated by the controller so as to control the high transistor switch.

摘要: An LED driving circuit, adapted to drive an LED module, is disclosed. The LED driving circuit comprises a converting circuit, a converting controller, and a short-circuit protection circuit. The converting circuit, having a capacitor coupled to the LED module, is coupled to an input power source to proceed converting operation to supply an output current for driving the LED module. The converting controller controls the converting circuit to provide a stable current flowing through the LED module. The short-circuit protection circuit is coupled to the LED module in series and cuts the current flowing through the LED module off when detecting that the current higher than a current protection value.
