摘要: A touch display panel including scan lines, data lines, pixel units electrically connecting the scan lines and the data lines, at least a sensing-signal line locating between the pixel units, and at least a touch-sensing device is provided. Each touch-sensing element includes a set of sensing pads and a signal transmission element. The set of the sensing pads includes a first pad and a second pad separated from each other. The first pad and the second pad are respectively electrically connected to the scan line and the sensing-signal line. The signal transmission element is located above the set of the sensing pads. When a position where the touch-sensing element is disposed is pressed, the signal transmission element directly contacts the first pad and the second pad. When the position where the touch-sensing element is disposed is unpressed, the first pad and the second pad are electrically insulated.

摘要: An image display method including following steps is provided. A backlight of a display panel is adaptively adjusted according to a backlight adjustment factor related to the intensity value of an external light and the brightness of an original image. Brightness factors of the original image are corrected according to the adjustment of the backlight, and the original image is reset by using the corrected brightness factors and original color factors. Thereby, the problem of image distortion caused by backlight adjustment can be reduced.

摘要: An image display method including following steps is provided. A backlight of a display panel is adaptively adjusted according to a backlight adjustment factor related to the intensity value of an external light and the brightness of an original image. 摘要: A touch panel, including a substrate, a first electrode structure, a second electrode structure, and an insulating layer. The first electrode structure includes first electrode units and second electrode units, wherein each first electrode unit extends in a first direction, each second electrode unit extends in a second direction, and the first electrode units interlace the second electrode units. The first electrode structure is configured between the second electrode structure and the substrate. The insulating layer is configured between the first electrode structure and the second electrode structure to electrically insulate the first electrode structure from the second electrode structure. In a first touch mode, the second electrode structure does not perform a touch sensing function, while the first electrode units and the second electrode units are electrically independent respectively and perform the touch sensing function. In a second touch mode, the second electrode structure performs the touch sensing function.

摘要: A touch panel structure and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed, in which the manufacturing method includes the steps of: providing a bonding layer; and forming a conductive pattern layer on the bonding layer; wherein the conductive pattern layer is composed of at least one first and at least one second major conductors with an insulation layer interposed between the first and the second major conductors. Comparing with the prior art for manufacturing touch panels, the disclosure is advantageous in material cost, production cost, and production yield; moreover, the panel lamination process can be simplified and the touch panel structure can be joined to a planar or curvy panel and facilitate the design of a thinner product.

摘要: A touch panel including a substrate, a touch-sensing element, transmission lines, a ground electrode, a first electrode layer, an insulation layer and a second electrode layer is provided. The transmission lines are electrically connected to the touch-sensing element. The ground electrode surrounds the touch-sensing element and the transmission lines. The first electrode layer is located around and electrically connected to the ground electrode. The insulation layer is at least disposed on the first electrode layer. The second electrode layer is disposed on the insulation layer to form at least one capacitance storage unit, so that the electro static discharge can be conducted to the ground electrode through the capacitance storage unit.

摘要: A capacitive touch apparatus is provided, and which includes a capacitive touch display panel, at least a touch sensing circuit and a judgment unit. The capacitive touch display panel has at least an inductive capacitor. The touch sensing circuit is coupled to the inductive capacitor, and configured to store a one-time charging voltage and to perform a plurality of discharges, through the inductive capacitor, on the one-time charging voltage by utilizing a plurality of switches until the one-time charging voltage is discharged to a predetermined reference voltage. The judgment unit is coupled to the touch sensing circuit, and configured to count a discharging time for discharging the one-time charging voltage to the predetermined reference voltage, and to determine whether a touch event has occurred or not by comparing the discharging time with a predetermined time.
