    摘要: An improved semiconductor device is provided whereby the semiconductor device is defined by a layered structure comprising a first dielectric layer, a data storage material disposed on the first dielectric layer, and a second dielectric layer disposed on the data storage material, the layered structured substantially forming the outer later of the semiconductor device. For example, the semiconductor device may be a SONOS structure having an oxide-nitride-oxide (ONO) film that substantially surrounds the SONOS structure. The invention also provides methods for fabricating the semiconductor device and the SONOS structure of the invention.

    摘要: A rail-type grounding terminal structure composed of a metal grounding member and an insulating housing. The amount of waste material produced in manufacturing of the grounding member is reduced. In addition, the grounding member has larger contact face to increase current value. Also, the grounding member can be easily tightly connected with a grounding rail. The grounding member is divided into two parts with predetermined configurations respectively. The grounding member includes a metal insertion leg mounted on a leaf spring mount and a bow section connected with the metal insertion leg. The bow section has a first end and a second end. The first and second ends outward extend and are latched on the grounding rail. The metal insertion leg has a head end, a slope and a shoulder section. The slope and the shoulder section are formed under the head end. The grounding terminal is operable to separate from or connect with the rail.

    摘要: A high access rate flash control provided for accessing more than one flash memory chip having different access timing specifications is disclosed. The controller comprises a read/write(R/W) pulse generator, a R/W delay chain circuit, a sampling delay chain circuit, a bi-directional feedback pad (PAD1), a data bus sampler, and a second pad (PAD 2). In an embodiment, the flash controller using a fix clock to generate synchronized Read/Write pulse which is then appropriated adjusted by the R/W delay chain circuit to provide optimum R/W control signal. The adjusted R/W signal is than outputted by a bi-directional pad to flash memory chips. With the external signal feedback function, the bi-directional pad has associated with the sampling delay chain, the time latency due to pads can be eliminated nearly. Thus, the flash controller can approach high rate to access flash chips.

    摘要: A write-once optical recording medium includes an optical recording layer and a reaction layer attached to the optical recording layer, wherein the optical recording layer contains a phase change material and the reaction layer contains a dopant. Once the optical recording layer is first written in a predetermined manner, the dopant of the reaction layer diffuses into the phase change material of the optical recording layer, the resulting written optical recording layer is of amorphous phase and has a crystallization rate significantly lower than that of the un-written optical recording layer so that the written optical recording layer cannot be re-written. A light laser can be used to write the write-once optical recording medium of the present invention.

    摘要: An assembling structure of a quick installation/uninstallation switch, including a layout fixing seat formed with a central opening and a transverse insertion slot intersecting the central opening. A locating member is inserted through the transverse insertion slot. The locating member is formed with a central hole corresponding to the central opening. A resilient locating member and at least one lateral projecting section with a guide slope are disposed on the circumference of the central hole. At least one resilient restoring member is disposed between the locating member and the layout fixing seat for restoring the locating member to its home position. A connecting end of a switch main body is fitted in the central opening. A lateral locating section with a guide slope is formed on a circumference of the connecting end corresponding to the lateral projecting section. A locating transverse slot is formed on the circumference of the connecting end. The resilient locating member is inlaid in the locating transverse slot.
