摘要： A device is disclosed for obtaining body fluid, in particular blood, comprising a lancing element having a tip for puncturing the skin of a body part and an actuator coupled with the lancing element for a forward and backward movement of the lancing element, where the lancing element can be inserted into the skin up to an optionally adjustable puncture position. The actuator is adapted to drive the lancing element forwardly to a penetration speed of at most 0.7 m/s when the lancing element penetrates the skin.

摘要： An instrument for producing a sample of body fluid for analysis by piercing the skin with a lancing element having a piercing tip is disclosed. The instrument can comprise a housing and a lancing drive for driving a lancing element connected thereto in a puncturing movement. A pressure ring can surround a skin contact opening and can be adapted for pressing against the skin such that the skin can bulge into the skin contact opening for promoting expression of body fluid. The skin contact opening can have a circular opening with a diameter of at least about 3 mm and at most about 8 mm. The instrument can comprise a pressing force control device for controlling the pressing force between the pressure ring and the skin at the time of triggering the puncturing movement, to be at least about 3 N and at most about 8 N.

摘要： A disposable device for analyzing body fluid especially for blood sugar tests includes a container which can be inserted into a measuring apparatus, a sampling member provided in the container to pierce skin of a body part and sample body fluid, and a test member for receiving body fluid obtained by the skin-piercing. In one form, the test member is fixed in a retaining chamber of the container, and the sampling member is configured in the same retaining chamber such that it is separated at a distance from the test member in an initial state and is in contact with the test member to transfer body fluid in a transfer state after the skin-piercing.

摘要： Disclosed is a puncturing system for generating a puncture wound for obtaining a sample of a body fluid, comprising a press-on part to be pressed onto a body part in which a puncture wound is to be generated, a trigger, by the actuation of which a user can trigger a puncturing motion of a puncturing element after the press-on part is pressed on, and a testing facility for determining at least one test parameter on which a sample-obtaining probability depends. A securing facility is also provided that, in a locked state, locks the trigger such that no puncturing motion can be triggered, and, in a triggering state, releases the trigger such that a puncturing motion can be triggered by actuation thereof, whereby the securing facility is transitioned from the locked state to the triggering state by the testing facility when the test parameter determined by the testing facility meets defined minimum requirements. A signaling facility is also provided for signaling a transition of the securing facility to the triggering state and/or for signaling that the securing facility is in the triggering state. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a puncturing system for generating a puncture wound.

摘要： The invention relates to a puncturing system for generating a puncture wound for obtaining a sample of a body fluid, comprising a press-on part to be pressed onto a body part in which a puncture wound is to be generated, a triggering means with which a user can trigger a puncturing motion of a puncturing element after the press-on part is pressed on, and a testing facility for determining a test parameter on which a sample-obtaining probability depends. A securing facility is also provided that, in a locked state, locks the triggering means and, in a triggering state, releases the triggering means such that a puncturing motion can be triggered by actuation thereof. The securing facility is transitioned from the locked state to the triggering state by the testing facility when the test parameter determined by the testing facility meets defined minimum requirements.
