摘要:
A method of treating a disorder characterized by an activating mutation in a Ras proto-oncogene, comprising contacting cells of a patient suffering from the disorder with a protein having the toxic activity of Clostridium sordellii toxin LT under conditions favoring inactivation of Ras by glucosylation of Ras' threonine 35 in said cell. The protein preferably is an immunotoxin that contains as a toxic domain the catalytic domain of toxin LT.

The invention relates to novel synthetic peptides, process for their peparation and their application to the production of antibodies. These peptides include at the most 18 amino-acids and at the least 4 amino-acids in which n is equal to 1 or 2, and when n equals 1 the peptidic sequence P is contained in the following peptidic chain:Asn-Thr-Phe-Tyr-Cys-Cys-Glu-Leu-Cys-Cys-A-Pro-Ala-Cys-Ala-Gly-Cys-Tin which either A represents Asn and T represents Tyr, or A represents Tyr and T represents Asn and in which the thiol groups of the possible cysteyl residues are protected by groups stable under biological conditions. Use for the production of antibodies capable of replacing biological activity particularly of enterotoxins produced by Escherichia coli strains.

An immunogenic or vaccine composition comprising an immunoadjuvant compound consisting of a Rho GTPase activator. The Activators of Rho GTPases, namely the cytotoxic necrotizing factor 1 (CNF1), and DNT bear immunostimulatory properties towards the systemic response to orally administered ovalbumine.
摘要:
This invention is based on the experimental finding that activators of Rho GTPases, namely the cytotoxic necrotizing factor 1 (CNF1), and DNT bear immunostimulatory properties towards the systemic response to orally administered ovalbumine. This invention concerns a vaccine composition including an immunoadjuvant compound, wherein the immunoadjuvant compound consists of a Rho GTPase activator.
