Abstract:
Included are embodiments of systems and methods for recording data related to a communication. One exemplary embodiment, among others includes receiving data related to a communication from a communications device, recording at least a portion of the data related to the communication, determining a time of reduced network activity and sending at least a portion of the data related to the communication to a central recording server at a time of low network activity.
Abstract:
The current invention discloses various materials, specifically composites comprising aerogels and fiber reinforced forms thereof. The invention further teaches the methods of making such composites along with different additives that can be added in the composites to derive desired property enhancements.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a pump arrangement for use in a gear box housing. The interior surface of the gear box housing has a collection wall arranged in the interior surface of the housing. A shaft is rotatably disposed through the gear box housing and has a longitudinal bore extending through the shaft that provides a lubrication delivery arrangement for distributing lubricant through the gear box housing. A pump housing circumscribes the shaft and has a discharge cavity connected to the longitudinal bore. Additionally, the pump housing has an inlet port for receiving lubrication from the collection wall. Contained within the pump housing is a pump member that has an impeller face and helical threaded surface that pressurizes and introduces the lubricant into the lubricant delivery arrangement.
Abstract:
In one embodiment, a charge storage device can include: a first node having a plurality of n-type diamond layers connected together; and a second node having a plurality of p-type diamond layers connected together, the plurality of p-type diamond layers being interleaved with the plurality of n-type diamond layers, where each of the plurality of diamond layers is formed using chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
Abstract:
A fuser component useful in electrostatographic machines is provided, having a substrate, and thereover a coating composition comprising a haloelastomer, such as, for example, a fluoroelastomer, and a deflocculating agent. A fuser component comprising a deflocculating agent exhibits improved properties including, but not limited to, increased gloss and a smoother coating surface with a relatively high adhesive strength. The use of a deflocculating agent also reduces or eliminates the barium sulfate defect.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention describe an insulation system comprising: a primary shell; a secondary shell positioned to cover at least a portion of the primary shell; a cryogenic fluid contained by the primary shell and at least one load-bearing primary insulation component disposed between the secondary shell and the primary shell. Optionally an intermediary shell is placed between the primary shell and the secondary shell along with a secondary insulation component resulting in a shell/insulation/shell/insulation/shell arrangement. In either arrangement, the primary, secondary or both insulation components comprise a material with a nanoporous aerogel optionally reinforced with a fibrous element.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for analyzing communications of a contact center are provided. A representative system incorporates a graphical user interface operative to display information corresponding to a communication of the contact center, the graphical user interface being configured to display the information such that different portions of the communication are visually distinguished from each other.
Abstract:
Methods are provided, a representative one of which involves: recording information associated with a communication; providing a graphical user interface, the graphical user interface being configured such that, responsive to a user input designating a portion of the communication, information recorded and corresponding to that portion of the communication is presented to the user; and displaying, via the graphical user interface, graphical indications of events occurring during the communication
Abstract:
A bi-directional overrunning clutch assembly employed in connection with a reduced capacity low friction clutch to provide low and reverse gears in a transmission. The clutch assembly including an inner race, an outer race, and engagement members supported therebetween. The inner race is operatively coupled to the transmission casing and the outer race is operatively coupled to the ring gear of the gear set as well as the inner race of the friction clutch assembly. The clutch assembly further includes at least one actuating cam. The actuating cam operates to actuate the engagement members to provide four separate modes of operation between the inner and outer races of the clutch assembly. More specifically, the cam is operable to (1) disengage the engagement members to provide freewheeling between the inner and outer races in both rotational directions; (2) to actuate engagement members so that torque is translated in one rotational direction but to allow freewheeling in the opposite rotational direction; (3) to actuate the engagement members so that torque is translated in a direction opposite to that in mode (2) above, but allow freewheeling in the rotational direction opposite to that in which torque is translated in this mode; and (4) to actuate the engagement members so that the inner and outer races are locked relative to each other and torque is translated in both rotational directions.
