摘要:
A vehicle wheel alignment rack is described herein that includes at least one laser and a target. The laser is removably coupled to a wheel of a vehicle. The target corresponds to the laser and is disposed at an opposite end of the vehicle from the laser. The target is directly and removably coupled to a frame of the vehicle such that the target is aligned with the frame at a known angle. The wheel is aligned to the frame by comparing the known angle to an expected and actual position on the target where a beam of light from the laser strikes the target. Some embodiments of the claimed invention include at least a second laser and a second target similarly disposed. Various means of coupling the target or targets to the frame are also disclosed herein.

An exchangeable electric vehicle battery receptacle, kiosk is disclosed herein. The kiosk includes a receptacle, a bell crank and solenoid that lock a battery in the receptacle, and circuitry that dispenses the battery. The bell crank includes a first arm extending into the receptacle and a second arm coupled to an extension spring that is coupled to a fixed point on the kiosk. The battery includes a form factor dimensioned to fit at least partially around the first arm. The solenoid has an armature and is positioned adjacent to the second arm. The armature fixes the bell crank and fixes the extension spring in an extended state, thereby locking the battery in the receptacle slot. The circuitry retracts the armature into the solenoid. A retraction force on the second arm by the extension spring rotates the bell crank, at least partially dispensing the exchangeable battery from the receptacle slot.

The present invention provides an elbow brace which is composed of a flexible sleeve and a rigid framed brace. An elastic tubular shaped fabric sleeve is first placed over the elbow joint and has upper front and lower rear raised lips that are used to prevent the rigid and compact framed brace from slipping downwards during usage, the tight fit of the rigid brace inside the raised lip gaps of the sleeve prevents the framed brace from slipping down from the elbow joint during usage. This brace is compact in size to provide everyday comfort and reliable protection in both contact and non-contact sports.

A frame may comprise a plurality of interlocking tab-and-slot frame members forming a three-dimensional structure. A removable stringer may be designed into one or more of the interlocking tab-and-slot frame members. The stringers may be removed after positioning and welding of tab-and slot frame members together. Notches may also be designed into and formed as additional features of a tab-and-slot frame member. Notches may serve as a guide for bending tab-and-slot frame members and in the creation of tabs and/or slots of the tab-and-slot frame members.

A bowl is provided for cooking pasta in a microwave in a simple high quality fashion. The bowl includes a reservoir with a floor and at least one wall extending up from the floor to a rim. Handles optionally extend laterally from opposite sides of the rim in a generally horizontal direction. A water line is provided on the at least one wall which is visible to a user. An optional pasta line is also provided beneath the water line. Pasta is provided from a package of pasta and flavorant with the bowl sized to match the amount of pasta in this package. Water is provided up to the water line. The bowl is then placed within a microwave and heated for a predetermined amount of time, preferably with a pause for stirring during this predetermined amount of time. The flavorant from the package is then added to the pasta.

A method to schedule resources in delivery of healthcare to a series of patients is provided. The method comprises the steps of identifying an availability of the series of resources to deliver the healthcare to each patient; calculating a predicted duration to deliver the healthcare to each patient; calculating a schedule including a block of time dependent on the predicted duration for each resource to deliver healthcare to the patient, the block of time including a start time and an end time; calculating a confidence level in the schedule, the confidence level including a probability that one or more of the resources will not be available for the block of time of the schedule or calculating a likelihood that one or more resources will be available for the block of time in the schedule; and outputting the schedule and the confidence level in the schedule for display.

In one embodiment, wireless access point management is optimized. The data bandwidth and/or processing requirements for data indicating operation of the access point is baselined. For example, air quality or interference measurements are made at the access point on a regular basis. The interference measurements over one or more periods, such as one period of 24 hours, provide a baseline. Rather than transmitting and processing the subsequent measurements that are normal or within the baseline, a lack of information or data requiring less bandwidth than the measurements communicates to a controller or server that the measurements are normal or within the baseline.

A system and method to manage delivery of healthcare via a plurality of resources to a patient is provided. The system and method track and output a signal representative of a location of at least one of a series of resources relative to a control volume associated with the patient, acquire at least one signal representative of detecting ingress or egress of at least one of the plurality of resources relative to the control volume; and output a first signal representative of one of a series of milestones as defined in a predetermined protocol in response to detecting ingress or egress of at least one of the resources relative to the control volume.
