摘要： A portable electronic device includes a charging unit coupled to a rechargeable battery, an internal electronic unit, and a temperature sensor for sensing temperature of the internal electronic unit. The charging unit receives an external input power so as to output a charging current for charging the rechargeable battery, and a supply current supplied to the internal electronic unit, and adjusts the charging current outputted to the rechargeable battery unit based on the temperature of the internal electronic unit. A method of adjusting a charging current for a rechargeable battery unit of a portable electronic device is also disclosed.

摘要： An antenna structure and a medium component for use in a planar inverted-F antenna are disclosed. The antenna structure comprises a radiation component, a ground component and a medium component. A space is between the radiation component and the ground component for generating resonance effects to transmit and to receive electromagnetic waves. 摘要： A protection device applied to a telephone line comprises at least an overload detecting device, a high temperature detecting circuit, and an enforcing on-hook means. When an abnormal over voltage or over current occurs, it can be detected by the overload detecting device. An overload signal is output to the enforcing on-hook device. Or when the temperature of a fax/modem machine raises abnormally, it can be detected by the high temperature detecting circuit. A high temperature signal is then output to enforcing on-hook device. While the enforcing on-hook device receives the overload signal or the high temperature signal, the system is on hook.
