摘要: A system includes a mounting device (200), a detecting device (100), and a circuit (300). The mounting device includes a base (210), and a mounting head (220) opposite to the base. The detecting device is fixed on the base, and includes a shell (110) comprising a cavity (112) therein, a probe (130) fixed in the cavity and protruding towards the through hole, and a plug (150) having a pin (152) made of conductive materials. The shell further includes an opening (118) communicating with the cavity, and a through hole (114) formed opposite to the mounting head and communicating with the cavity. The pin is connected to the probe through the opening. The circuit includes a PLC circuit (320), and a power supply (310) connected with the PLC circuit. The pin connects with one of the PLC circuit and power circuit, and the mounting head connects with the remaining one.

The planishing device comprises a pair of mounting blocks (32) fixed on the sliding block, at least one axle (34) fixed between the mounting blocks, and at least one wheels (342) fixed on the axle. The driving device is used for driving the sliding block to slide in the opening.

摘要: An auxiliary device for a mechanical arm includes a supporting base, two reciprocating engines, a rotational plate, and four suction members. The reciprocating engine includes a cylinder and a driving rod. The cylinder is configured for driving the driving rod linearly and reciprocating along its longitudinal axis. The cylinder is rotatably fixed to the supporting base, thereby defining a first rotational axis therebetween. The driving rod is rotatably fixed to the rotational plate, thereby defining a second rotational axis therebetween. The rotational plate is also directly and rotatably fixed to the supporting base to be rotatable about a third rotational axis defined therebetween. The three rotational axes are parallel. The four suction members are fixed to the rotational plate.

摘要: A pressure-induced counter includes a pressure acquisition unit, a delay unit and a counter unit. The pressure acquisition unit is electrically coupled to the counter unit via the delay unit. The pressure acquisition unit is configured for acquiring a pressure signal of an external pressure applied thereon to generate and output an original electrical signal corresponding to the pressure signal. The delay unit is configured for processing the original electrical signal outputted from the pressure acquisition unit to obtain a processed electrical signal by depressing the leading-edge jitter existing therein. The counter unit is configured for receiving the processed electrical signal transmitted from the delay unit and taking count of the received signals.

The adjusting screw includes a contact end, a mounted end inserting into the sleeve and connecting to the top of the die base, and a latching portion located between the contact end and the mounted end. The pull portion is disposed around the sleeve. The latching block engages the latching portion. The elastic element is disposed around the adjusting screw, supporting the latching block. The fixing ring surrounding the adjusting screw is fixed on the sleeve. The stop member, contiguous with the fixing ring, prevents axial movement of the adjusting screw.

The self-adjusting unit includes a first connecting plate (30) and a second connecting plate (32). The first connecting plate is attached to the actuator. A first through hole (301) is defined in each corner of the first connecting plate. A second through hole (321) is defined in each corner of the second connecting plate. A plurality of coil springs (36) is received in the first and second through holes respectively. A plurality of bolts (34) is extended through the second through holes and the coil springs, and engages in the first through holes respectively. The bolts are movable relative to the second connecting plate. The testing unit is attached to the second connecting plate, and adapted for receiving test cards (90).
