摘要： A modular battery system includes a plurality of electrical storage cell modules having a cell housing and an adapter connection, and a modular unit having a base housing containing a battery management system for monitoring and controlling the charging and discharging of the plurality of electrical storage cell modules. A plurality of adapter connection points for reversibly receiving the adapter connections are adapted to the shape of the adapter connections. The adapter connection points and adapter connections have electrical contacts that correspond to one another. At least one interface is arranged on the base housing for electrically connecting the modular unit to a consumer and/or supplier system. Power electronics arranged in the base housing transmit electrical energy between the interface and the storage cell modules. The base housing has at least one opening for removing and/or introducing the plurality of storage cell modules in relation to the adapter connection points.
