摘要: An apparatus for optical inspection comprises a platform extending in a first direction, a transmitting unit for transporting at least one carrier in the first direction from an input port to an output port thereof, each of the at least one carrier to support one of at least one object to be inspected, a first detector disposed above the platform and extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction for inspecting the at least one object on the at least one carrier, the first detector including a first scanner extending in the second direction between the input port and the output port, and a first roller set between the first scanner and the input port to apply force onto a surface of each of the at least one object.

摘要: A support mechanism includes a first work frame to provide a first scanning area for a first scanner, a first frame to support a first panel, the first frame pivotably coupled to a first end of the first work frame so that the first frame is rotatable about the first end of the first work frame between a folded position that the first frame is folded toward the first scanning area and an unfolded position that the first frame is away from the first scanning area, and a second frame to support a second panel, the second frame pivotably coupled to a second end of the first work frame so that the second frame is rotatable about the second end of the first work frame between a folded position that the second frame is folded toward the first scanning area and an unfolded position that the second frame is away from the first scanning area, wherein the first scanning area allows the first scanner to scan across one of the first and second frames when the one of the first and second frames is at the folded position while the other one of the first and second frames is at the unfolded position.

摘要: A system for inspecting a product that includes a scanner to scan across the product and generate an image of the product, the image including a matrix of pixels each having a grayscale value, and an analyzing device electrically coupled with the scanner to receive and analyze the image of the product, the analyzing device including a microprocessor to calculate a reference grayscale value associated with each of the pixels in the image, wherein the reference grayscale value includes an average of the grayscale values of pixels located adjacent to the each pixel, a memory to store the reference grayscale value associated with each of the pixels and at least one threshold associated with the reference grayscale value, and a comparing module to compare the grayscale value of each of the pixels in the image with the at least one threshold associated with the each pixel.

摘要: A dental device is described. The dental device includes a surgical template having one or more sites for drilling osteotomies in the maxillary or mandibular jaw and a false teeth set. The surgical template and false teeth set are configured to fit together to form a denture prosthesis that can be implanted in a patient. Also described are a method for creating a surgical dental template, a method for implanting a dental prosthesis, and a method for reducing jaw bone in a patient.

摘要: A sequential dental surgical guide system and method for immediate load is described. The system includes 1) a tooth and tissue borne surgical guide with fixation pins and bone reduction osteotomy sites 2) an implant osteotomy guide and 3) a prosthesis guide. The system does not rely on any anatomical reference points such as tissue or bone after placement of the first tooth and tissue borne reference guide. The sequential guide(s), both surgical implant placement and prosthesis guide rely on the original fixation positions determined by the first guide. Digital treatment planning and design are used to accurately place each sequential guide back to the original fixation pin positions. The fixation pin reference can be pinned and repined in the same sites per sequential guide or fixed in the jaw through the protocol by keeping them in place and switching out the guides.
