    Abstract: An electrical circuit for a light fixture can include a power supply that provides primary power. The electrical circuit can also include a light module having at least one first light source coupled to the power supply, where the at least one light source illuminates when the light module receives the primary power. The electrical circuit can further include an energy storage unit having at least one energy storage device, where the at least one energy storage device charges using the primary power. The at least one first light source can receive reserve power from the energy storage unit when the power supply ceases providing the primary power.

    Abstract: An electrical system can include first and second electrical loads. The electrical system can also include a first power supply coupled to the first electrical load, where the first electrical load receives first power from the first power supply at a first time. The electrical system can further include a second power supply coupled to the second electrical load, where the second electrical load receives second power from the second power supply at the first time.     Abstract: Safety improvements to Light Emitting Diodes (LED) are discussed herein. As the LEDs that are part of a luminaire heat up and cool down, the current supplied will be tuned to improve the safety of the luminaire to manage the levels of light and heat produced. At least one thermally active electrical component is incorporated into the LED load of the luminaire, which is communicated to an LED current control to signal when to adjust current levels providing by a driving circuit. Current is reduced when the temperature of the LED load exceeds a threshold, and or returned to an optimal current when the temperature no longer exceeds the threshold.
