    摘要: Novel 1,3-dioxan-5-yl-alkenyltriazoles of the formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are identical or different and each is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, Ar is furanyl, thienyl, biphenylyl or naphthyl, or is phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by alkyl, alkoxy or alkenyl, each of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or by fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, nitro, trifluoromethyl or phenoxy, and X is C.dbd.O, --CH(OH)-- or --CH(O--COR.sup.3)--, where R.sup.3 is unsubstituted or halogen- or alkoxy-substituted alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms or alkenyl of 2 to 5 carbon atoms or aryl, their salts and metal complexes, and their preparation. The novel compounds are plant growth regulators.

The 1-chloroethylcarbamyl chloride obtainable according to the invention is an important starting material for the preparation of 1-chloroethyl isocyanate and vinyl isocyanate and accordingly a valuable starting material for the preparation of pest control agents, dyes, drugs, textile waterproofing agents, detergents, plastics, bleaching agents and adhesives, since the said isocyanates contain, in addition to a reactive isocyanate group, an activated double bond or an activated .alpha.-carbon atom.

    摘要: Surface-coating binders based on a copolymer which contains tertiary amino groups, blocked isocyanate groups, hydroxyl groups and ether groups and which, due to partial or complete salification with an acid, is water-soluble or water-dispersible.This copolymer contains, as copolymerized units, one or more olefinically unsaturated compounds possessing a tertiary amino group, an N-(1-alkenyl) isocyanate blocked with a CH--, OH-- or NH-acidic blocking agent, an adduct of an epoxy resin based on bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin, and having a molecular weight of from 380 to 3,500, with an olefinically unsaturated alcohol of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and one or more other copolymerizable olefinically unsaturated compounds, and has a mean molecular weight of from 1,000 to 20,000.The novel surface-coating binder is used for the cathodic electrocoating of metallic articles.

    摘要: .alpha.,.beta.-Dihaloalkyl isocyanates and a process for the preparation of such compounds by reacting .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated alkyl isocyanates with halogen in the presence of an organic solvent which is inert under the reaction conditions, at from -35.degree. to +90.degree. C. The .alpha.,.beta.-dihaloalkyl isocyanates thus obtainable correspond to the formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are identical or different and each is hydrogen, a saturated aliphatic radical of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a cycloaliphatic radical of 3 to 12 carbon atoms, an araliphatic radical of 7 to 11 carbon atoms or an aromatic radical of 6 to 10 carbon atoms, or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together with the carbon atom on which they are present as substituents are cycloalkyl of 3 to 7 ring members, and X is halogen. The compounds are valuable intermediates for the preparation of dyes, surface-coating intermediates, crop protection agents and drugs.
