Abstract: An air flow circulation structure for a vehicle includes a front shutter that opens or closes an outside air intake port, a fan and a duct member. The fan is configured to cause air to flow in a direction oriented from the outside air intake port through a heat exchanger toward an engine compartment when the front shutter is in an open state, and to cause the air to flow in a direction oriented from the engine compartment through the heat exchanger toward the outside air intake port when the front shutter is in a closed state. The duct member is configured to guide the air that is changed in direction by blowing from the fan and colliding with the front shutter to a heat source of the vehicle, when the front shutter is in the closed state.

Abstract: An electric component includes: a semiconductor component including a heat radiating portion, a semiconductor element, a lead terminal, and a coating resin coating a part of each of the above; a wiring board including a first mounting portion, a second mounting portion, and an insulating substrate; a first solder connecting the first mounting portion and the heat radiating portion; and a second solder connecting the second mounting portion and the lead terminal. The first solder includes (a) a solder connecting portion connecting the heat radiating portion and the first mounting portion and (b) a flux provided around the solder connecting portion, and a third space which is provided as a space after excluding a second space that is an overlap of the heat radiating portion and the first mounting portion from a first space.

Abstract: In a heat exchange unit, a shutter device is disposed on a vehicle front side with respect to a coolant heat exchanger to open and close a passage for traveling air directed toward the coolant heat exchanger. A blower is switchable between a first blowing state in which air flows from the vehicle front side to the vehicle rear side and a second blowing state in which air flows from the vehicle rear side to the vehicle front side. In a case where a switch that makes a vehicle travelable is in an on state, a control unit switches the blower to the second blowing state, while an open degree of the shutter device is set at a closing side from a maximum open degree of the shutter device when a temperature of the engine coolant is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature determination value.
