Abstract: An injection hole body has an injection hole to inject fuel for causing combustion in an internal combustion engine. A valve body is unseated from and seated on a seating surface of the injection hole body. The injection hole body and the valve body form a fuel passage therebetween to communicate with an inflow port of the injection hole. The fuel passage is opened and closed by unseating and seating of the valve body. A resilient member generates a resilient force to urge the valve body toward the seating surface. A seat angle is an angle between two straight lines appearing in a cross section of the seating surface, the cross section including a center axis of the valve body. The seat angle is 90 degrees or less.

Abstract: A valve device includes a housing, a valve member, a valve seat member, a fixing member for fixing the valve seat member to the housing, and a housing-side seal portion. The housing has a valve chamber, and a housing-space inner wall forming a housing space communicating with the valve chamber. The housing-side seal portion blocks a flow of fluid between the valve seat member and the housing-space inner wall. The valve seat member has a tubular portion and a flange portion connected to the tubular portion. The flange portion is interposed between a facing surface of the housing-space inner wall and the fixing member in an axial direction. The fixing member is fixed to the housing-space inner wall in an airtight state. The housing-side seal portion is made of a rubber material and is interposed between the flange portion and the fixing member.

Abstract: A seal ring of a valve element includes a one-end joint forming portion and an other-end joint forming portion. The one-end joint forming portion includes a one-end first contact portion and a one-end second contact portion located on one side of the one-end first contact portion in an axial direction and extending in a circumferential direction beyond the one-end first contact portion. The other-end joint forming portion includes an other-end first contact portion and an other-end second contact portion located on the other side of the other-end first contact portion in the axial direction and extending in the circumferential direction beyond the other-end first contact portion. An inner diameter of the seal ring when the one-end first contact portion separates from the other-end second contact portion is less than an outer diameter of the valve element.

Abstract: A first valve chamber, which receives a valve assembly of a tank closing solenoid valve, and a second valve chamber, which receives a valve assembly of a pressure responsive valve, are formed between a first flow passage and a second flow passage of a first housing by fitting a second peripheral wall of a second housing into a radially inner side of a first peripheral wall of the first housing. Thereby, it is not required to heat-weld and bond between a connecting end surface of the first housing and a connecting end surface of the second housing.

Abstract: A valve device includes a valve seat forming member, a case, a first O-ring, and a second O-ring. The valve seat forming member is fit into a passage defining and forms a valve seat. The case houses an electromagnetic solenoid and is connected to the passage defining member. The first O-ring is interposed between an inner circumferential surface of the passage defining member and an outer circumferential surface of the valve seat forming member. The first O-ring prohibits the fluid from flowing through a space between the passage defining member and the valve seat forming member when the main valve body seats on the valve seat. The second O-ring is interposed between the case and the passage defining member. The second O-ring prohibits the fluid from flowing from the passage to an outside of the passage defining member.
