    摘要: A display unit projects a display image on a display member outside an apparatus housing from an inside of the apparatus housing through an opening of the apparatus housing. A cover is configured to form a through hole by bending at a second side opposite to a first side. A movable mechanism moves the cover between a closed position, at which an opening of the apparatus housing is closed, and an opened position, at which the opening is opened. When the cover is in the closed position, a bending unit holds the cover in a state where the through hole is not formed. When the cover moves from the closed position to the opened position, the bending unit bends the cover to change the cover from a state in which the through hole is not formed to a state in which the through hole is formed.

    摘要: In a gear comprising a resin material including a fibrous filler, a plurality of teeth formed at equal angular intervals are provided to a first outer peripheral part. When the gear is manufactured, the resin material is filled from a specific portion (first toothless part) which faces in a direction orthogonal to a center axis line, and in which the teeth are not formed in a portion that overlaps the first outer peripheral part when seen from the direction orthogonal to the center axis line. Therefore, there is a gate mark in the specific portion. Between the specific portion and the center axis line, the degree to which the filler is oriented in a direction intersecting the center axis line is higher than the degree to which the filler is oriented in a direction running along the center axis line.

    摘要: A combiner for a head-up display apparatus has: a front surface; a rear surface; a plurality of grooves formed in a stripe shape so as to penetrate between the front surface and the rear surface in an upper end section; and a plurality of reflective protrusions each formed between each groove in the upper end section. Each reflective protrusion: has a triangular cross section; extends between the front surface and the rear surface; forms a pair of planar reflective surfaces inclined relative to the horizontal plane as a result of interposing therebetween a vertical angle pointing upwards in the triangular cross section; and reflects light to the side by using the reflective surfaces. The angle of the vertical angle in each reflective protrusion gradually increases from either the front surface or the rear surface, towards the other.
