In one embodiment, a method includes identifying one or more potential hazards to the vehicle in the surrounding environment from sensor data collected from at least one sensor of the vehicle. The method includes rendering, within the AR system, a display scenario about the one or more potential hazards by displaying one or more graphical elements that correlate with locations of the one or more potential hazards in the surrounding environment.

摘要： Contextual presentation of notifications within a transportation apparatus is disclosed. Driving information related to the driving of the transportation apparatus may be received. In some examples, the driving information includes speed, traffic, road condition, and/or environment condition information. Based on such driving information, a determination may be made with respect to presentation of a notification within the apparatus. For example, the notification may be determined not to be presented based on the driving information. In some examples, the determination may also include determining a format in which the notification will be presented within the transportation apparatus. In some examples, the format may include font size, color, type, blinking frequency, location on a dashboard screen and/or any other format information for presenting the notification within the transportation apparatus.

The controller controls the image generating apparatus such that an image sharpness gradually lowers from the first presentation image to a second presentation image lower in image sharpness than the first presentation image on the display medium during a predetermined duration of time, based on the received recognition results.

摘要： A vehicular human-machine interface, an instrument cluster and a method of providing information to a driver of a vehicle. The interface includes a multi-information display that provides a driver numerous dynamically-adjustable icons that are representative of a vehicle systems such that the driver can view, and if necessary, control through the interface. During use by a driver to navigate among the various icons being displayed, the human-machine interface enhances a driver's visual acuity by providing notorious indicia of the status of a particular vehicle system that may be of interest to the driver. In addition, by having certain information be arranged in a dynamic presentation format for selective viewing rather than arranged statically, certain information not of immediate interest can be temporarily removed, thereby freeing up the display to show a larger number of the icons on any particular screen being viewed.

摘要： A travel control device includes ultrasonic obstacle detection sensors detecting an obstacle entering a rear side of a vehicle and a distance to the obstacle, and an image obstacle detection unit detecting the obstacle entering the rear side of the vehicle by using an image of the rear side. If a distance to the obstacle detected by the sensors is equal to or less than an activation threshold for warning, the travel control device issues a warning, and sets the activation threshold larger as the vehicle speed of the vehicle becomes high. If the vehicle is detected preparing to move rearward and the image obstacle detection unit detects the obstacle, the travel control device sets the activation threshold to a constant value regardless of the vehicle speed.

摘要： A trip gauge for a vehicle information display may convey vehicle trip information and vehicle range information graphically to assist drivers in qualitatively visualizing and determining whether they can successfully make it to their destination before an on-board energy source is depleted. The trip gauge may include indicators corresponding to the relative locations of the vehicle, the destination, and a projected zero charge location associated with the vehicle's range or distance to empty value. Moreover, the positions of the indicators relative to one another may indicate whether the excess energy is available for the vehicle to reach the destination or whether the energy available is insufficient. Accordingly, drivers may be either reassured that they are expected to reach their destination successfully or warned if they are not so the drivers can modify their driving behavior or change their destination.
